        I got a additional camera for to be able to see my baby girl in her room and my sons in their room. The scan option works flawlessly. The specs on the box don't lie. Buy it to add sound to some peace of mind when you are downstairs or down the hall.

          Prior to adding the second camera we had two systems that interfered with each other constantly. The monitors always had to be a room apart in order for them to work. Now with two cameras on one monitor and scan mode, I can not imagine we were doing this any other way. I would strongly recommend this to any parent who wants to monitor multiple rooms.

              We purchased the babyTouch monitor for our first daughters room and loved it. We love the touch screen function and picture clarity. When our second daughter was born we purchased the additional camera. We are able to toggle back and forth and view both rooms while the girls are asleep. It's great. The battery life on this model is MUCH better than the others. Very happy with this product!

              NOTE: This product does not have a dual screen option. You have to select the camera to view and toggle back and forth. Wish it had the dual screen option!
