I have been using these for my children's lunch for 10+ years. We use them for sandwiches, cut apples, crackers, etc. They wipe clean for daily use and when the cloth gets dirty, I wash them in the regular laundry. Used daily, mine have lasted about 5 years. This is the third set I am buying.

I have been using these for years! THey last a LONG time! They wipe clean easily, or if need to be washed more thoroughly they drv overnight and are ready for the next day's lunch to be packed. They even go through the washer just fine! It makes a great placemat as well as a sandwich holder.

We live in a very dry environment and I was surprised to see that it does not dry well. The plastic is flimsy. Great idea, but poor construction.

I really liked the idea of this as an alternative to the sandwich baggie or even tupperware, and the thought that it can double as a placemat. However, the outer layer is cotton, which makes it necessary for a long overnight air-dry before it can be used again. The inner plastic layer is a bit thin. Too bad it wasn't entirely made out of oil cloth, or something that can be easily wiped clean and reused quickly. Great idea though!

This is a great idea. I could make these myself. They work great, but the plastic on the inside looks recycled and if it is, I wonder what the previous use was - potentially non-food? This has me concerned about recommending it.

Yaay! No more plastic bags for us! The wrap and mat is great for school lunches, picnics, and outings to the park. Easy to clean and our kids love the colors we got.

I didn't like having to use sandwich baggies all the time so these are perfect to bring lunch to work! I bought 2 so both of my girls will be able to use them for school!

I have had my wraps for 2 years and they are holding up great! As far as cleaning I simply open them flat and wipe the inside with a damp cloth, the fabric stays dry and they are ready for the next day. On the rare occasion they need a more thorough cleaning I rinse them in the sink and hang them to dry, they are always dry by morning.

We have a very green household, and are always looking for ways to reduce waste. This is a simple, awesome product that has helped us do away with the disposable sandwich bag, and so I am thrilled. It is actually very easy to fold, very secure, and easy to clean. However, I marked "difficult to clean" because it is difficult to clean it without getting the fabric wet, and once the fabric is wet, it takes a while to dry. We solved this problem by buying two and alternating the days we use them. Otherwise, I love it, and the fabric has an added bonus in that you can write your name on it in permanent marker and it doesn't wash away after multiple uses like it would on plastic. Overall, I am very pleased, and will be looking into One Step Ahead's other reusable products.
