I was rally excited for this product, then in arrived and all hopes were smashed on the rocks. It came cracked at the hinges, the plastic holding it was very easy to break apart from what remained. "Hey, these things happened." I thought and ordered the replacement. It wasn't cracked on arrival, as I put it together, however, one of the small wheel tabs broke off, so it wouldn't attach to the port. I grabbed a wheel from the old damaged one I haven't returned yet, that did ft. I then finished it, then as I tried to collapse it, which is easy to do, plastic around one of the hinges cracked off. I've read the reviews on this item, most seemed positive. This version was less expensive, so I believe they went with a cheaper form of plastic as it breaks so easily. This is an item designed to take to the beach, an enviroment of corse particles, lugging and pulling, rough terrain. Yet this item couldn't withstand my living room. Cheap plastic, very disappointed.

Was excited to see this product to help transport our stuff to swim meets. Was disappointed that a front wheel broke during assembly. Called customer service and they sent a replacement right away. Just received it, so I have not attempted a second try at assembling, nor have I had a chance to use it yet.

The concept of this item is great for a beach vacation. The problem was that when assembled both front wheels broke. We had to call the manufacturer and they sent two new wheels, but not in time for our departure on the beach vacation. I guess we'll be ready for next year.

Product is good but could be great if the parts were of a little better quality! Sadly our 1st one came broken from shipping, but the company was great in promptly replying to our email and when we followed their process, our account with a refund once they received the damaged product. We ended up buying same product locally for $20 more, because we needed it asap. We like the cart and use it in Florida on the beach. It works best pulling on the hard packed sand, but pulls fairly easy in the softer sand as well. Obviously it's WAY better than trying to carry all our beach stuff by ourselves! We would recommend it :))

I was LUCKY to obtain mine from a yard sale for [$]...CAN YOU BELIEVE IT!!! It was brand new never used. I had no idea what a gem of a find it was until I started using it. I bring groceries from the car and use as a laundry hamper for clean clothes to be folded. It's great at the mall during Holidays when the stores don't have carts provided for your shopping. You have your own portable cart/buggy.

This was a great help. We were able to take everything we needed for a day at the beach in one trip. Everything was loaded on here except the large canopy, the boogie boards and our 3 month old grandson. My sister in law is planning to buy one and I have already recommended it to another friend.

Bought this 6 years ago from OneStep and it has been used every weekend twice at beach plus other times, dragged through sand and on ground and long distances fully loaded. Just starting to show wear and tear - just the most awesome value for the price. The copycat version at large wholesalers is smaller and more expensive - so we are coming here to get #2 for our family.

It turned out that it did not roll easily on the sand as advertised, at least not on Gulf Shores sand. It had to be pulled rather than pushed. Disappointed, as I had been looking and looking, and I trusted One Step to offer the best product on the market.

We love this cart. We have used at the beach on our vacation in Hilton Head, SC (just pull with the larger wheels first on the sand) and all of her stuff (chairs, cooler, umbrella, towels, table, sand toys) fit. We also use it for our older son's sport games so we don't have to carry the baseball equipment, chairs, diaper bag for our daughter, cooler with snacks/drinks, etc. I feel like we already got our money's worth in one summer.

This cart is very handy and convenient. My only problem with it was the loss of the right front wheel the minute I rolled it onto the sand at the beach. The part of the wheel that attaches it to the cart snapped off. The cart is still usable, but is less than perfect.

This product is awful. We took it to the beach twice and then decided it was easier just to carry our things in our hands. The wheels do not turn once it gets on the sand so it is extremely difficult to pull (it took two of us) and impossible to push. We did not have it overloaded, we had one umbrella and a few towels and a chair. It also makes a high pitched squeaking sound like metal on metal. It was so loud that a neighbor asked us along the way if we wanted to borrow her WD-40. Maybe we just got a dud but I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

I bought this product for our beach trip. I took both my kids (2 and 4) to the beach by myself and I could have never done it without the cart! It held towels, toys, a cooler, beach chairs, the umbrella, etc. The cart is made to be pulled in the sand...so as long as you do that, you're good to go!

Purchased this for the beach because it's so hard to manage all the beach gear and two young children. We've used it one weekend and LOVE it. It is well worth the price. Easy to PULL, even in soft sand. Pushes easily on boardwalks, streets, packed sand. Love the removeable bag that comes with it! Took up about as much space as a stroller (the kind you can hook a carseat/carrier into), which wasn't too bad. Held up great for the first weekend... hoping it lasts a long time.

NOTE: the box was damaged and a plastic part broken when it arrived. the customer service rep gladly sent out a replacement and sent a pre-paid return label with no problems.

The first wagon came broken. We used the replacement to walk 50 yards down a packed dirt path to the beach. It pushed well and seemed to maneuver well, however at the end of the path we tilted it to get onto the sand and both front wheels had broken. The wheels are held on by very small plastic levers, which apparently snap off when there is any vibration. Terrible design. Replacement wheels were sent to us free, and since there are no other brands of beach carts similar to this, we will give it one more try. I would suggest only pulling this cart unless you are on a newly paved road.
