The first one arrived with a hole that would not repair with the patch included or the patch repairs we had available. The 2nd one went up outside and was stabilized there as part of our Christmas decor and got a leak which again would not repair. The plastic seems tough but apparently does not need to be outside.

This house was full of holes. My grandson was so disappointed when we had to send it back because he fell in love with "his" house. The other problem is that the house is now discontinued. A new improved similar product should be available for all the children whose hearts were broken!

This was to be a Christmas gift. The plan was to have it all set up outside so the kids would see it on Christmas morning. My husband spent 2 1/2 hours trying to inflate it before he realized it had holes all over it. [...]. Got the second one, set it up, and again half of it has a hole and won't stay inflated. Repair kit included, but why should a brand new product need to be repaired out of the package. Save your money, this thing is junk!

This product was our Xmas gift for children aged three and six. Their parents tell me they love it.

The onestepahead rep was so helpful and she saved me money.

My son asked Santa for this for Christmas this year. He should have also asked Santa for a pump and some extra patches. It is very cute, but was difficult to inflate (even with an air pump) and had a leak. It came with a patch, but we were disappointed that we had to use the patch right out of the box, as opposed to a year from now. Even with the patch, it deflated after 24 hours.

Our 3 girls were very excited to get this on Chistmas day from their beloved Grandpa and I was excited too as a Dad who loves to play outside with them. Immediately upon inflating the roof section I heard a leak blowing out and easily located a pinhole (its a big leak if you hear it). I fixed with the tape provided and it seemed OK but apparently was not. About an hour later the Unit had collapsed as there were 3 sections with leaks. [...] Looking at the nurmerous reviews with leaking issues this product should be taken off the list. Now the girls are pretty sad and Grandpa feels bad about sending them something so junky. Don't even consider buying this product....regardless of how much more it may be discounted

This was a gift from Santa and it arrived with a hole in it. My husband spent all night trying to inflate it and it was unfortunately a big disappointment for my 2 year old. Returning it back to Santa was also a real pain. Folding it back up and putting it in the box took a long time. Hopefully your little ones will not have this on their holiday gift list!

I bought this for my day care and the children loved being able to go outside and than into the play house. I holds 6 children comfortable from the ages of 3-9. This was the best purchase Ive made in a long time. And it made this long winter fun for a change.

We had our inlaws buy this for the kids for Christmas and our boys were soooo excited to play in it. The 1st one wouldn't stay inflated, so we returned it [...]. The boys got super excited for the new house and this one, too, would not stay inflated. My husband followed the directions and even used the special pump they sell with it. The kids are VERY disappointed and we're irritated with the whole thing...[...]...not impressed at all.

One side exploded as we were filling it up. I am not sure if it waqs our fault or if there was a defect. Kids were very sad.

This was a lot of fun but it blew away after only having for a few days :( They might want to consider tent stakes or something to help hold it down.

We inflated this inside first. We have a toddler and she loved it. We then inflated it and brought it outside. The older kids liked it more. It is a great addition to the winter back yard. I was surprised by the inflation instructions because you are not to inflate or deflate it in under 50 degree weather. We had to inflate it inside which wasn't very convenient. It does not come with anything to hold it down either. Our nieghbor kids and daughter love this little (big) house.
