              I spent my whole pregnancy with my nose in this book. If I felt the slightest movement, I had to look it up. I don't know what I would have done if I didn't have it. It was so extremely helpful and allowed me to ease my mind at times. It is such a good book that I let my sister-in-law borrow it while she was pregnant. I would read it and reread it while I was pregnant, and if I happen to become pregnant in the future, I would probably find out if an updated version was available for purchase. It's a great book.
