Coming at Christmas my 2 1/2 year old kids called this their sled, and in their defense it looks like a sled when you are in it. My son loves to sit in the car and "drive" and so this was a great present for him. There is a little view screen with a car that you steer down the street in the middle-which could make this a bit like a video game for older kids. My son just steers as he likes and gets all the sounds of bumping into things. He can work the gearshift, and all the knobs to his heart's content and so far so good with the replacement toy. The 1st one we bought just stopped working while my son was driving it on boxing day and this is why I am only giving it 4 stars. One Step was great about replacing it and the 2nd one seems to be working just fine. If this had been one of his only presents at Christmas though, he could have been very disappointed.

We had this as a hand me down for my son and daughter. This was the toy that my son would play with the longest. He would get his bag and pretend keys and "go to work." It was falling apart a little when we got it but it had been at my sisters pre school and must have been a favorite there too. I had been thinking of buying another they liked it so much but had not have seen them until I looked on this site after seeing on zuilly! defintitely gave this stay at home mo some breaks!

I purchased this for my 2 year old son. After 2 days of using it, he wasn't interested in it anymore. For the price, I expected an interactive toy. It's a stationary car, with a flimsy screen and a tiny moving car that makes annoying sounds. Kids these days expect alot more and this just doesn't deliver. Don't waste your money on this.

My son love this!! He loves playing in cars so when I seen this, I said this will be a perfect gift. This is more safe, was really easy to assemble. I did thought it was a digital screen but other than that I thought this was a great product.

The only thing missing is a slot for a key! Children see all! and our grandson knew immediately that there was no key hole!
He uses the recessed screw hole to push a key in!

We bought this item for our almost two year old and our four year old. I am VERY UNHAPPY with this product. Maybe if I paid $20 for it, I'd be okay with it, but I paid the full[$] and it is so not worth it. The 'virtual screen' is not a virtual screen at all, it is a simple track those goes around and around, I thought a virtual screen meant that it was a digital screen that responded to the steering, shifting, acceleration, etc. Yeah, it goes from side to side with the steering wheel, that's it. The buttons make noise, but they don't relate to anything while the child is driving. The pedals do nothing, the shifter does nothing. Yes, it has two 'speeds' but they are barely different. Even for my not yet two year old, this is too simplistic. Children expect that something will happen when they press a pedal or shift the shifter, but nothing. For [$], this is an incredibly disappointing item. We will be sending it back.

Bought this for my twin boys that will be three in a month. They are obsessed with cars. They make everything in to one. I was so excited when I found this. They love it. They can pick it up and carry it with them around the house. It was super easy to put together. It's durable - they can break anything and this has stood up so far! The only thing I would change is the turn signal. It works when the wheel is turned just slightly to the left or right. So, when the child gets up to leave the car - if they don't turn it off you hear a constant clicking. Maybe an automatic/timed shut off? I wish I would have found this a year ago. And it will grow with them.

Both my one year old grandson and my 4 year old granddaughter love the V8 Driver. Great toy kept them both occupied for hours.

My 2 year old grandson loves to try and drive when he jumps into my car. So, I thought this would be perfect for him, and I was right. He loves all the sounds it makes, and the simulated driving screen is lots of fun for him. The steering wheel goes together rather loosely, but overall, it's a fun and sturdy toy. He played on it for hours on Christmas morning.

I bought this for my daughter when she was almost 3 and she loves it. She is now almost 6 and still plays with it occasionally. It really stood up under use. Whenever she has a playdate (boy or girl)it always is the favorite toy. I have bought it for my nieces and they all love it, too.
