I love this pillow! It's so compact and easy to use anywhere you go! It can be tucked under your breast, within your bra and no one else will know its there! I don't have to hold my breast any longer. I can now hold my baby with two arms never having to adjust and fumble with my breast during a feed. The pillow props my breast to the perfect level so that I don't have to position my nipple in my baby's mouth with my hand. If you find yourself needing to position your breast during feeds, I highly recommend this product! It makes the breastfeeding experience so much easier so you can focus on bonding with your baby!

I can not believe it took me this long to hear about this amazing little pillow. I am on my second child and had the same problem with both, small kids, big breasts. This math does not work for nursing, I spent my entire time nursing my first having to hold my breast while he ate, that means breastfeeding was a two handed event and I actually got tendonitis in my wrist. I am now on my second and have been doing the same thing for the first few months and it is so hard, then I saw a review of this product on a blog, and thought it was too good to be true. I decided to take a chance and order one, [...] I immediately opened it and used it. Amazing! I have now been using it for about a week and I love this thing! I can nurse and help my oldest son with something, I can hold a cup of water or a snack, or just wrap both my arms around my baby! I have never been happier with nursing than in the last week. It makes me feel less stressed and just a little bit more normal cause I have never seen other women have to hold their breast for their baby so I always felt a little inept at the whole thing. This pillow is small enough and discreet enough that I can totally carry it in my diaper bag and it doesn't look like a nursing pillow at all. My only issue was it took me a couple tries to figure out how to use it with my bra on, but if you use the base of the bra and kind of tuck one of the corners into it, it works better than without the bra. Thank you Utterly Yours for giving me back my hand!

I will say that I thought this product was a great idea and yes...it works. The only problem is that once you really get into breastfeeding and you are doing it in different rooms in the house, in the car, at the mall, restaurants, etc;.. you won't ever have it with you. Point being...it does work but don't waste your money. You WILL NOT use this. Save you money and spend it on something more useful.

The thought was great however in the real world it doesn't work so well. Even when I am using it I still have to support my breast or my son becomes unlatched. It also doesn't stay in postion for longer than 3-4 minutes even with the little grippers it still slides off my skin or my clothing. Very disappointed this purchase!

I love this product and use it every time I nurse. As a new mom, it has helped me tremendously...my daughter now latches on properly and I can have one hand free for other things. It really does what it claims and I highly recommend it.

I am not overwhelmed with this product. It seems like after the first use, it looked old and dingy. I lose it often. It doesn't prop up as much as it claims to. I wish I would not have bought it - it sounds greater than it is.

This product makes breastfeeding easier to do! Wished this was around for my first son. Cover washes well, foam keeps it's shape.

I used this product when my son was a newborn and I was learning how to breastfeed him. I had the idea of a cushion like this and then I found this product in a local store. I originally bought the medium and needed to get the large (I'm a 38 D). [...]Anyway, this pillow allowed me to nurse without having to hold my breast for my baby. Great!! After my son was several months old he could nurse on his own, but in the beginning, I used this pillow a lot.

I can see why they have sizes for this. . .If it's too big, it won't stay under your breast. If it's too small it won't lift. It seems true to size, but I'm a size D so I need to use my hand in a cross-cradle on a c-cushion. It's the only way I can nurse. I thought with the use of this pillow I could be hands free. I was wrong. I think this breast pillow helps minimally and not worth the added expense. Most of the time it's across the room and not where I need it.

It works pretty well and leaves me hands free to hold my daughter's hand. Only drawback is that is does slide around a bit (my daughter is very active).

I love using the breast pillow. I have 3 boys, and I wasn't successful nursing the first 2. But the pillow allowed me to prop my breast up and use my hands to position the baby's head or body to get a better latch. Before the pillow, I felt like breastfeeding was much more awkward. I wish I had found this sooner. You won't be disappointed. Pay attention to the sizing, and be sure to order a size that is appropriate for you.

This is a great product. Very helpful while needing to mutli task. Not only is it helpful for mom but it allows better brest positioning for baby to eat.
