About Me Parent of Two or More Children
Comments about Workman Unplugged Play Book Activity Book:
I like the concept of getting your children to interact more with activities and props rather than in front of a TV or video game and the Play book provides a variety of ideas for parents in all types of situations, only one child, infant with siblings, etc. If you're a hands on parent and really want to create new ways to play with your children, this book is a good start.

Lots of great ideas!

Great book full of ideas to entertain kids without electricity or batteries. Art projects, outdoor games, party ideas and more. Can't wait to try more of them. My kids love looking through the book and deciding what sounds fun to try next! I just wish I would have had the book at the start of summer rather than in August!

About Me Grandparent
Love this collection of over 700 ideas for fun-filled play. I've searched through other books of this kind but have never found one as good as this. I've already tried a number of these suggestions with my three-year-old grandson and his friend. Both kids loved the games and crafts. Can't wait to try some of the outdoor ideas this summer. Creative, inexpensive--great purchase.

Good ideas!
By Podgemama

This book has simple activities to do with your child from age one and up, along with group activities and party ideas. You can probably find these ideas online, but it's nice having them all in one place. It has a list of all the materials you need (many of which you probably have already.) I was amazed how my 19-month-old liked a simple "sock toss" game - good replacement for t.v.
