Perfect Space Saver!
By I Plug It

About Me Parent of Two or More Children
Comments about Sunshine Kids Trio Cup Holder Expander:
We bought a Chevy Volt and space is a premium so this cup holder expander made traveling so much easier! It easily holds a sippy cup and those on-the-go milk containers. We have a seven year old and a four year old and it stopped arguments, over cup holder space anyway!

Not a very good design

About Me First Time Parent
it does not stay in my childs cup holder. as soon as i put it in, it falls out. It is a very good idea, it just needs a taller base so it will stay put in the cup holder.
Great concept. . just not for toddlers.

We bought it so our three year old would have extra space for things she continually drops. We don't use it because she pulls it out to chew on and throws when upset.
Does not work

I read the mixed reviews but was hopeful. We have the britax cup holder and it does not stay in at all.
Save your money

This item is a great concept, but is too shallow to hold anything. It falls out of the cat seat cup holder. Save your money. I sent mine back.

About Me Grandparent
We used the product on a trip. It us a great idea. The problem is the part that fits into the car seat cup holder is not deep enough. As a result it tends to tip and dump out what is in the cups. Even drinks. If the base were deeper it would be more secure. It seems like they were cutting corners to keep the price down. This one is going back.
Not sturdy
By Loves being mommy

I may not have read the description well enough but I expected a thick plastic and this is made of foam. I bought it to use in the car to expand the cupholder on his carseat. Between the weight of the foam and the flimsy cupholder on the carseat, once a drink is in one slot it is practically falling over. It seems like it will work ok in a more secure cupholder like the one on his stroller, but it is big and can't fit into a lot of small spaces. Using it in my car cupholders it blocks the cupholder next to it, so for what I bought it for it isn't working.

nice idea

About Me Parent of Multiples (Twins etc)
It is made of soft material, so it comes out of the cup holder easily. It's nice when they want to color or have extra small items they can put it there and have a sippy cup too.

Handy cup holder
By KS
from PA
I love having more than one cup holder, 1 for a beverage, 1 for a cup of crayons, and one for a snack or whatever else the kids insist on having in the car. It works well in my son's seat, my daughter's Evenflow seats have a collapsible cup holder and the weight of this one makes it collapse and everything falls out. If I wedge something under it, it is more stable.
No more fighting over the cup holder!
By Mom of Three

One of my carseats did not have a cup holder so my kids constantly fought over the one. The trio cup holder is a lifesaver! Each kid has their own cup holder plus one for crayons, snacks, etc. I love it!
Wish it had worked. Doesn't.

Base is not deep enough to weigh down the upper portion. Top-heavy and comes out of holder too easily. Does NOT work well with the Evenflo Triumph series of side-mounted cup holders on the carseat itself.

I haven't gotten a chance to use this yet. Will know more in Jan on a long trip. but the first time I had it in the van my daughter thought it was cool.
Perfect fit
By JTibb

We purchased this to place inside the existing single cup holder in the door of our new car in order to expand the cup holding and storage capacity that was accessible to our 2year old daughter while she is in her car seat and it worked perfectly! She loves it too.
Handy solution!
By TX Mom

I bought two of these cup holder expanders because our vehicle's holders in the center console of the backseat were broken. The dealership quoted us an exorbitant price to replace the pop-out cup holders, but these expanders make the third-row single-cup holders work great for everyone! They tend to tip when empty, but they're foam, so it's no harm done.
Better use in the front cup holder
By One boy and one girl on the way
from Round Lake, IL
I found this better to use in the front seat cup holders instead of my son's booster seat. This way I could hold more water bottles and/or cup size drinks. In the booster seat, it moved around a bit from my son getting in and out of the seat. I was worried things would spill so I moved it to the front. This worked out better for me.
