With my 4th child I received a package of these from the hospital. I didn't have these with the other children. I cut it into quarters, just enough to cover the nipple area. It was wonderful and I am not sure that w/o these we would still be nursing 9 mos later. I used them for the first 3-4 weeks to heal. Nothing helped more!

These were the only things that helped my very tender breasts. I have a larger chest and never had any issue having them stick. I ran them under cold water and then stuck them on and it was instant relief.

I have gotten them several times. They don't last very long so you have to replace them quickly. That is the only down side.

Tried these when first nursing to help with discomfort. They are reasonably easy to use, and you can reuse them. However, I couldn't get them to adhere to my breasts well ever (perhaps they would work better with someone who is small-breasted?) and they weren't terribly helpful even when I used them under a bra to hold them in place. Also, you have to wash the nipple before feeding, which makes them not so great for nighttime feedings.
