Love this clock!! I bought it in the hopes of 10 more minutes in the morning. Set the green light and the second night my oldest (3 years) slept until 8:30 when he got up at 6:30 every day until then. He wakes up now, sees the yellow light and knows to wait and usually just goes back to sleep. Wonderful. If it stopped working I would buy another. Defiantly keep the instructions filed away.

3 year old understand yellow stay in bed green means get out of bed, doesn't mean she does it!

My girls love that they can tell me what time it is when I ask. The night light setting lights up they're room. Buttons are little finger friendly . Recommend to everyone.

I bought this for my 4 yr old daughter for Christmas 2012. She took right to it. It gets her up in the morning for Preschool Mon-Fri and keeps her in bed until my preferred wake up time on the weekends. No more early rising due to her early rising. She quietly plays or reads in her room until the clock glows green, then comes to get me on the weekends. LOVE IT!

We got this for my 2 1/2 year old daughter because she had started showing an interest in time. I liked that it had both an analog and digital option. It also verbally tells the time, along with games to teach time, and can be used as a nightlight. There are features we haven't even used yet!

This clock is exactly what I was looking for! My 3 1/2 year old son had stopped sleeping through the night when day light savings ended-he had to wake up before the sun was up and so every time he woke up at night, he was coming to our bedroom, sometimes 2or 3 times a night, checking to see if it was morning. It took one night for him to realize that it wasn't morning unless the light was green. He has been staying in his room all night ever since! Wish we had bought it sooner! The clock is easy to set, and my son loves that it will tell him the time. He already can recognize 8 o'clock on a clock face! I only wish it had 2 settings, so we could get him to sleep in a little on weekends!

I agree with other reviewers that setting the clock isn't the easiest in the world. But my son loves the design, he quickly understood the change in colors in the morning, and it has been sturdy and reliable.

My son would get up and down all during the night because he would think it was morning! I order this clock and hoped for the best! It has been awesome for us and for him! He now doesn't try to get up early he waits till his clock is green! I hate I waited so long to buy this clock! It's kind of on the high side however it's worth it!

Bought it for my 3 year daughter to help teach her to tell time. I like it. The lowest volume setting is too loud though.

We've used this clock for last 5 months...it's been wonderful! Now i buy it for every parent of a 3 year old or older! Now if it just had a weekend setting where i could set it 30 minutes later...that would be awesome...but my 3 1/2 yr old knows it's not morning until his clock is green! and with both clock telling features plus audio, he's learning how to tell time! very cool!

My daughter got this for Christmas. I love the idea of it, but agree that it's hard to set the light and alarm functions. I thought I had it; the alarm worked, but the light does not. Frustrating and I don't feel liek investing that much time into learning it, so so far it's not very useful. You'd think it would be more intuitive.

We bought this clock for our 5 year old son, who was getting up earlier and earlier in the morning. We set it for 7 a.m. and made the rule that he needs to stay in bed until then. It has worked like a charm, he now actually sleeps until around 7 and then when he sees the light is green, knows he can go downstairs.

This clock was not user friendly. It took two adults to figure out how to set the time but then couldn't figure out how to get the clock light to turn off to set again for the following morning.

My daughter is 3 and was getting up at 5am thinking it was "morning". We got this clock at the recommendation of a friend and it's amazing!!! She now uses it full time to dictate when it's okay to get out of bed. It's been a great clock!
