I am using this as a cover for the buttons on my dishwasher. My 18 month old is constantly trying to push them because they are digital and light up which draws her attention.This guard is the perfect size and installed very easy. I applied the sticky side of each velcro square to the dishwasher panel then just click the plastic guard in place. It is strong enough so far that she can't pull it off.No more wash cycles interrupted mid-wash!It works and it is simple. The dark gray color blends right into the control panel so it is practically unoticable. I would use this for our TV as well but it is high enough off the floor that she can't reach it yet.

My 16 month old was just tall enough to walk over and turn the TV off. While this was the wrong size and I wish they offered a variety of sizes, I turned mine sideways (because my buttons or vertical) and placed the velcro where it would hold. She hasn't been able to tear it off and even my 4 year old has not been able to take it off. It is plenty strong if you install it while the kids are sleeping and allow it to set overnight.

This item is awesome. Fits perfectly over the power button and looks like part of the TV. We installed it in the evening after the children were in bed. This allowed time for the Velcro to really adhere and we didn't have any curious eyes watching. It works wonders..... My one year old can't figure out why he is unable to turn the TV on and off anymore.

This is great because the tv is in an area the kids are in and would just turn it on anytime and watch whatever. It helps us to limit tv time and also saves our tv from breaking- which it has in the past from the kids turning it on and off. We have enjoyed the tv staying off more.

The TV Guard is not long enough to cover the entire area, so my son can still get to the buttons on the TV. Also it is a very dark gray and sticks out against the color of my TV.

This TV guard is a brilliant invention! Our flat screen has the control panel on the side of the TV - at perfect eye level of our two year old son. My husband and I were tired of battling with him over turning the TV on and off, so we decided to try this product. It worked perfectly! The adhesive is so durable, my son can't even begin to get if off the TV, which of course led to a complete meltdown the first time he discovered it, but he hasn't attempted to touch it again. I wish we had bought this months ago!!!

Finally...something to keep little hands off!! This item wasn't available when my boys were born and we had a hard time keeping them from pushing the buttons on the TV. Now my daughter(15 mon)can no longer do it. It's very small (6 in) and matches our TV perfectly. It looks as though it's part of the television. We had a hard time finding something because we have a rear projection TV. This is heaven sent!! The price was wallet friendly. We also purchased the DVR cover and it too is a life saver.

This TV guard works perfectly! We've had it installed for a little over a week now and our two young boys (3 years and 22 months) don't bother with it. Before we installed it, they were constantly turning the tv on and off. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking to eliminate the possiblity of a burned out television!
