I thought this would solve our problems, but my husband immediately removed it. He said it was just too difficuld to use, plus our once independent 4.5 year old could not work it. So the toilet paper roll is back to the counter and the dispenser is now empty again. Oh well!

I thought that this was going to be the answer to having to put our toilet paper up out of the way but I was wrong. My 2 year old figured out how to pull the elastic away from the toilet paper to get it out from under it. When the roll gets low the elastic is not tight on the roll and makes it easier for him to get to the toilet paper. When you undo it to get the toilet paper yourself you have to take the TP saver out or it gets wrapped around the holder.

It's super easy to set up and its universal, however when you pull the toilet paper down the holder gets tangled in the roll and everything just gets stuck. it's takes a century to go the bathroom once with it in so i most of the time take it out. now i just keep the door to the bathroom closed.

this did not fit the toilet paper dispenser. it was not wide enough for a standard toilet paper roll. had to return.

I was hoping this would deter my kids from unrolling the WHOLE 1000 sheet roll! The two year old had it licked in less than a week.....my Dad never did get the hang of it

Easy to install and will work for a while at least until they figure it out!

It was a good idea but a pain to undo everytime you need to. We removed it the first day.

We actually got this because of our cats unrolling the toilet paper daily. Our 5yr old can release it so she can still take herself to the bathroom. I don't think very small children would be able to release it though.

This is a great idea. However having to remove the whole contraption everytime to use the toilet paper is difficult.

Easy for you to use and easy for your 2 year old toddler to open. I needed this for my toddler not my infant babies that are not interested in the bathroom. My toddler opend it in seconds and thinks its fun to play with. Not a good product.

The TP saver works really well. Easy to use. Only one bothersome comment: If you have a full roll of TP it tends to cause it to catch in the holder until about 1/4 of roll is used.
