This is so cute. I bought the turtle with my son's name and i love it. I bought a swim diaper cover and towel from pottery barn kids and it all matches great cant wait for him to wear it. Im hoping to put him in it when we leave the pool so he can snuggle n2 a nap on the way home.

We love this little cover up! We purchased it in anticipation of the soon to be here swim season, here in El Paso, and have been using it in the meanwhile as a little jacket on our morning runs. It's been perfect for that as it's lightweight yet provides just the right amount of warmth. The only negative is that I had to stretch the neck a bit to get it over our 14 month old son's head. It stretched relatively easily though so that is now a non-issue.

This is the second one we have purchased from One Step Ahead. Our daughter loved her first one, but outgrew it. They are comfortable and easy to put over a swimsuit or you can pair them with shorts or pants for the cool evenings. Spend a little extra money for the monograming. Would recommend to anyone.

This is the second time I have purchased one of these products. This time I bought one for both of my kids. (The first time I bought I just had one.) got them both personalized with their names. These were great when we were at the beach for Easter and there was a stiff, cool breeze. The previously purchased one was great during the summer as they are excellent to throw on right after the pool, just to knock the chill off, plus the fabric is so soft, it almost is like the kids putting on a magic sleep tunic. The only drawback is that the non terry cloth material which I got this time can be a bit challenging to get over a non-cooperative toddlers head. I previously bought the terry cloth material, and given my druthers, that is the one I recommend.

I was extremely nervous about getting these because I was wanting them so bad, I did not read the reviews about size. However, when I got them, I was very satisfied. I would agree that they run small, but fortunately my 22 month old can not even fit in 18 month clothing, she is still wearing only 12 month, and my 5 year old is slender, so she is behind in size as well. So I lucked out that the 24 month and the size small 5/6 is bigger for my girls and they will be able to get at least two years out of it. They are very soft, and lightweight, but not too lightweight that when they get out of the pool or ocean they will not be warm. I like that they are UPF 50 because my family has melanomia in it heavily so I have to be extremely cautious with my girls fare skin when they are in the sun. I am in love with the quality of the personalization. This is a great product, and have considered having more made in bigger sizes just in case they are discontinued in the future.

I bought two of these for grandboys who are 18 months and 2 years old. I bought them 2 sizes too large, but I think 3 sizes up would have been fine, too. They look a little bit like caftans, are very easy to move around in, and are beyond cute. The embroidered name (yes, you can't hand it down, but when there are two kids - cousins, in this case- wearing almost the same thing, it's really useful, as well as being cute) came out beautifully and I asked them to choose their logo. The 18 month old had no idea, the 2 year old was very clear that he wanted a shark.

These are extremely useful, as well as being great looking - on a beach vacation we were popping them on the kids all the time, and the hood was nice when they had wet hair from swimming.

Although we haven't used this cover-up yet, I can comment on my first impression. It seems to be very well made with a nice, durable fabric. The personalization was done well, too. This seems to be a quality product!

Cute cover up. I bought a 2t and 3t for my 18 month daughter. The head openings were VERY tight and it was a struggle. Once we got it on, it fit perfect and was super cute. I paid extra for her name and a picture. I would suggest that. It really completed it. Also, I would buy at least a size bigger, if not two. The 3t fits perfect.

Might be a good swim cover-up but we just use it as a lightweight hoodie. I purchased the white one so that I could dye it another color and it worked great. Quality seems good for price.

I really like these cover-ups. I bought one for my daughter and son to use after swimming, and they work well. I was a bit disappointed that I couldn't get an embroidered picture without putting my children's names on the cover-ups. I wanted the pictures, but not the names. Also, the necks are a tad tight but it's not a deal-breaker.

Very fun bright cover up. It is not warm but great for a short walks from a beach or a pool. There was a mistake with personalization, but it was resolved very quickly. Great customer service!

Adorable Cover-Up. I ordered the green and had it personalized with my grandson's name. The name is stitched in blue and it looks great against the green. Very easy to fit over his head. Great hoodie for afternoon and evening outings at the beach or park.
