This is the only head/neck support that actually works! I have a 1 year old and a 2 & 1/2 year old. We use this for both of them. It keeps their head up while sleeping and doesn't choke or suffocate them at all. It's easy to adjust to any child. I have tried 3 other types of head/neck supports, and this works the best.

I just threw my set in the garbage. I hated how my daughter's head slumped foward or to the side when she fell asleep, so I searched around and purchased these. I ended up buying the blue ones (I couldn't imagine the white looking clean for more than a few minutes). I tried putting this on her on several occasions but she found them too uncomfortable and would throw them on the ground. The last time I tried she ripped the pillow open trying to get them off.

Unfortunately my mom purchased a pair before we even tried them really becuase she thought they were such a great idea, but my nephew didn't go for it either.

Maybe if you're child is happy to wear hats or you put these on after they fall asleep, it would work, but they are too bulky and cover the kids ears and I think that's what she didn't like.

This is a good product, my little one loves it and I don't have to worry about her head going sideways when she is asleep. This is a good buy.

I bought this for a long trip we were taking to keep my 15 month old son's head from falling forward while sleeping. I would recommend this for newborns to keep their head stabilized on the sides. My son's head continued to fall forward. It is a little difficult to get a child in and out of the car seat with this on as well.

My kids head keeps falling while napping in car, so I bought these and installed them. But too bulky. Kids were so annoyed with them, we didnt leave the driveway before they removed them and threw them in the car. Too big for my kids!

Bought this item for our 24 hour drive from New York to Orlano, FL (first trip to Disney!) and this is a great item. We were worried about her head flopping when she fell asleep. Well it didn't happen this time. I am so happy that I found this product.

This item states it is for toddlers, it is way to small for toddlers, I can see that it might work nicely for infants though. It was soft and seemed like a good concept, just not for toddlers.

I never got to try this out much because my son hates it. I used it when he was sleeping, but I couldn't strap it on or adjust it because I didn't want to wake him up.

I tried this for a long road trip. It did not work at all at holding up or supporting my sons head. It may work better for older children. I returned it.

We used this when coming home from the hospital and we still use it every time we are in the car. When my son was a newborn, we also used it in the swing and baby lounger. He is now 6 months old and doesn't mind wearing it, through he always falls asleep quickly in the car. I came back to this page to purchase two cradlers for shower gifts as it is one of my favorite baby items.

We bought this for a long road trip to the Smoky Mountains. My 3 1/2 year old kept hers on, but my 1 1/2 year old quickly threw his off in the car. It works fairly well as long as you keep adjusting it while the kids sleep. They definitely looked more comfortable!

Bought this to help my 3 year old during naptime in the car. We got a new seat for him and put his little brother in his old one. The new seat didn't really have anywhere to put his head and sleep and now he can use the pillow instead. I like how easy they are to take in and out.
