Flame-resistant, so you don't have to remove it when using your fireplace. Fits hearths up to 7½' long, and you can trim it for a perfect fit. 13" wide x ½" thick x 3½" overlap, with stay-put adhesive strips. Choose Taupe or Brown to blend with your fireplace. Made in USA.

    The Hearth Pad has given us peace of mind. Our hearth is just right for him to pull up on. The pad is thick enough to cushion any falls. The only problem is we can't get the front flap part to stay folded down so he pulls the pad up. Maybe super glue? Otherwise, great buy!

    I am happy that I purchased this product for my fireplace hearth. It defiantly does a good job of protecting my granddaughter but is a bit of an eyesore in the room.
    The middle section does not stay molded to the edge of the hearth, otherwise I am happy that she will be safe.

    We have a brick fireplace that has sent our oldest boy to the ER for stitches twice, and we refuse to make a 3rd trip with our youngest. This pad not only covers our ENTIRE hearth, but is a nice soft landing for a toddler (or even an adult bumping their shins!) So glad we looked into this product!

      the hearth pad fits well and blends nicely with our decor. It's obvious it's there but it's not glaring. We have not yet put it together but set the corner pieces on top of the pad and it's ok. Already prevented bruises and scratches with our 17 month old granddaughter!

      This is a great looking hearth pad. Everyone commented on how good its looks. I am not sure why you couldn't order longer length. The entire thing is three pieces. My middle piece was 4 inches short so I took 2 inches off of each end piece and taped it together underneath. Also, I had to use two sided stick tape to get the front flap to stay down.

      This was the best investment, after we placed this on the hearth my granddaughter tripped over her daddy's shoes and hit her head on the corner of the hearth. If it had not been covered we would have been making a trip to the emergency room. Thank you One Step Ahead.

      The size is its best asset. We have a large stone fireplace and this is one of the few items big enough to cover it. The construction is fine and I did not fine it difficult to install, but I don't care for the color nor do I find it all that attractive. It will serve its purpose which is to keep my little girl from hurting herself on the harth, so I am happy with it.

        We love this bumper pad/seat! This product was given to us by grandma after our son fell on the fireplace hearth and needed 5 stitches! Wish we had gotten it sooner. The padding is really thick and actually covers our whole hearth instead of just around the edges of the brick.

          Great concept, but does not work. It will not adhere and stick to our fireplace. It was easy to install and covers the majority of the fireplace. They send "tape" with it, but no matter how much we use of it the pad does not stay put on the sides of the fireplace. Do not waste your money on this product.
