Easy to insert in the electrical sockets around our home. I tried to remove one the other day & its a struggle. I'm nervous I'm going to break it trying to remove it...needless to say I haven't successfully removed one yet. We're placing them in our electrical outlets that rarely get used so we won't necessarily have to remove them often if at all.

I bought these because my son figured out how to pull the covers off the outlets. He was such a Houdini that he would pull off the covers & find anything to plug in. It was a serious safety issue! I love these covers. They add an extra step of squeezing before pulling & my 23 month old has yet to figure them out. He might eventually but at least for now I have peace of mind. I don't think they're any more difficult for me to remove than the old ones, just different. Well worth the cost!

So these are made for 3-prong outlets which I have some of and the rest I have are two prong. No problem I used a pair of cutters and snipped the 3rd prong off, and applied it in my 2 prong outlets, and they still lock in place. I can remove them and reapply them with no worries and best of all the baby can't remove them! Thank you!

These outlet covers are very difficult to remove. The pros about them are a child could not remove them, but on the con side an adult can't either. I initially bought cheap outlet covers & they were very difficult to insert & remove. For these I spent more money hoping they would be easier to deal with but it was not worth it.

I was excited to get these, as the standard covers are hard to remove. However, I was quickly disappointed. These things are almost impossible to remove. I tried it on our older plugs & the newly installed plugs, throughout our home. It was the same for each one. I thought I might be doing it wrong, but my husband & father had the same issues. They are really almost impossible to remove & we will not be able to use them, even on plugs that we use infrequently. We'll just be out the [$], as returning them costs almost as much as purchasing them & is non refundable. Please don't waste your money or time on these.

My child has been able to take the store bought socket plugs out ever since she's been able to get to them. So not only were they not protecting her from being shocked but they had become a choking hazard. These actually work.

The covers work well but are really difficult to remove. They are a huge pain to remove when I need to plug something in quickly (i.e. charging my laptop). I am not worried that my baby will remove them because I have difficulty removing them!!

These are great for preventing tiny fingers from playing with outlets. However, with double outlets, it is difficult to get my fingers on the release button of the right cover.

Makes life so much easier. I hate the standard plug covers, they are so hard to get off and on. These are a breeze! Use them on the outlets you use most.
