It's an ok toy. It's not what I expected. The 21 buttons are exactly as pictured and they do not change. There is no changing screen. The 21 buttons always stay as shown. If you press a button it talks & that's it. I don't see how they can compare this to a smart phone. It does not interact like one.

After my 15 month old grandson played with this toy for approximately one hour, it would no longer function. I replaced the batteries with newly purchased ones and the product still would not function. This may have been just one particular poor quality toy, but it really turned me off and I returned the product. I ended up paying shipping charges twice without any quality toy to show for it. I bought a similar toy locally at half the cost and it still functions great. Lesson learned.

I bought this for a xmas gift gor my 20 month old twins. Although they love my smartphone, they are not interested in this toy phone. I was very disappointed when I saw the phone. It does not really look like a smartphone and it is not interactive. I thought this would be a great toy for in the car and on the go, however I do not think it will keep my kids attention.

This product had great sound/volume in the box, but one you took the product out of the packaging it instantly went to a very low volume and could barely hear it.

Product is nothing like what I thought it was from the picture, description, etc. Very poor quality and not much to grab the attention of a toddler. It is a flat panel, so no "buttons" to push, the plastic screen is just that. I thought the screen was an "example" of what the actual phone was, but no it is just a flat piece of material with differnt icons on it. I wish I would not have given this as gift...big disappointment.

My son has an infatuation with my iphone so I thought this would be the best gift ever. Turns out it's not THE BEST but he still enjoys it. I like all the animal noises and just the overall beeping and noises it makes when you press buttons. I wish it were louder though, maybe it just needs new batteries but you have to put it up to your ear to hear it so thats a con. But overall, worth the price! This is great to throw in the diaper bag for dr visits to entertain the little ones.

I am returning the phone. My baby can't hear it. The volume is so low you must be in a completely quiet room to mildly hear. disappointing.

Phone is only a flat piece of plastic with stickers on it and makes beeping sounds. If you want something interactive look somewhere else.

I bought 3. On one the sound was terrible so I tried new batteries. Still didn't work. The second did not play at all. The third was good. We called about the low tone and was told that it was a law because of sensitivity to noise for little children but when the third one came it was fine so apparently, some are defective. It is a shame because they were cute. I would still buy one and will but quality assurance should be more attentive to this. I would recommend this but with that caveat.
