Comments about North States Six Panel Superyard:

I bought this playyard when I was expecting my first child. She's three now and it is still in perfect condition. We are expecting our third baby and we plan to use this once again to seperate the older girls from the baby. This playyard is very sturdy and offers a large play area, even for multiple kids. It can be difficult to pull the sections apart and to collapse it for moving, but I prefer how solid it is and still is lightweight enough to move around. An awesome product for the price!

Comments about North States Six Panel Superyard:

We originally bought this to go around our Christmas tree and it worked great. It was exactly what we were looking for, and it kept our daughter away from the tree and presents. It also kept the dogs from going under the tree. We bought a second gate system, and now we hook both systems together and use them outside to create a gated play area. We break them apart for mulitple uses around the house. It's great. My only complaints are that it can be hard to re-position them and it's a little bulky for me to carry. I am a small woman, and it's not easy for me to fold it up and carry up/down the basement stairs. In fact, it can be hard at times for me to fold it up, period. I feel like I'm going to break it because it doesn't re-position easily...but it's very sturdy and does not break. I still highly recommend it. It is one of the best gates we've had, and that we've seen. Great purchase.

Comments about North States Six Panel Superyard:

I bought this to use as a barrier/fence to wrap around my leather sectional and recliner chair to keep my dogs off my living room furniture. It was not easy to manipulate and stay sturdy and fold into what I wanted even though the directions and pictures showed it could be done exactly how I wanted to use it. I'm sure as an enclosed play yard/play pen it works just fine, as 20 years ago I had one for my daughters and we used it outside in our yard on a blanket and it worked just fine. Plus being able to fold it up and transport it with use made it very easy to use anywhere we went. To use as as a dog barrier/fence-not so much:)

This has been a wonderful item for my new puppies. Big enough to give them enough room inside home when I am away.

Wonderful to take in RV and pets don't have to stay cooped up in rv all day.

I needed to create a barrier for my wood stove from my 2 1/2 year old and it is perfect! Very sturdy and hard enough plastic that I am not concerned with melting. Very easy assembly.

Comments about North States Six Panel Superyard:

I use it for my twins (boy and girl) and it works amazingly great! At first the kiddies didn't like to be enclosed, which caused a meltdown, but now they understand that when they are in the play yard, it's time to have fun! The non-slip pad sticks help a lot because before I placed them in, my two toddlers pushed the "cage" around the living room, but now they can't!
Some say it's "hard to assemble" or heavy, but the assembly part is not true, if you follow instructions, and the heavy part shouldn't be too big of a deal, it is better because it's not so easy the kids can move it!

Comments about North States Six Panel Superyard:

I bought the Superyard and the extension for my twins when they were about 10 months old. It was very easy to put together and it was very sturdy. I bought it to keep them contained in one area since we have an open first floor in our house, and they were starting to go from room to room getting into everything! It also has helped them learn to stand up on their own and encourage them to walk since they can hold onto the panels. I liked the fact that you can kind of shape it to your needs, ie. I angle it inwards in one corner so that I can fit and move my desk chair in living room. It's ok to open but difficult to close. Now they're almost 14months old and they move/push the yard and the angles don't really stay put. I often have to adjust the angles to make sure the panels aren't straight and unstable. I wish the strap was longer to keep the whole thing together when you add the extension panels so it's easier to travel with. I would still recommend it for the reasons above and because I take it to grandma's to also keep her dog away from them.

Comments about North States Six Panel Superyard:

This may be my most favorite purchase to date! Not only is it easy to take apart and put together (albeit loud), but it can fit it so many places. We have 3 panels in front of our TV, and 3 around a bookcase. Although our son tries to knock it over, he has yet to do it. Now that it is Christmas time, we have our tree up in front of the book case and have just moved the gate out a few feet to accommodate and it works wonders!

                  I highly recommend this product.

My husband was trying to rearrange the shape of the play yard when one of the hinges snapped and a piece broke off. I thought it would be easier to move from a rounder shape to a rectangle or to open and make it straight.
However, it is strong, my daughter bangs on it alot and it never tips.

I love this product. We did a lot of research and were torn on buying this as some reviews were not good. We love it. My 10 month old son loves it. It is a great size(big) and he can have many toys inside and still have room to move. This is great for us because we can go in too, but he can hold himself up with the walls instead of us always doing it. It has helped him stand and walk. The mesh is not sharp as I was worried it could cut his little fingers but it is smooth in between the holes. The door is easy to open once you get the hang of it.
