I was excited to find this hat. Great coverage for my son's head and face, plus it was reversible so it is versatile. It's silly, but the tag is even made to be removed so its truly reversible! I love that they thought of that because that normally drives me crazy! I bought it big in anticipation of summer, so my 8 month old can pull it off, but the Velcro really holds together strongly and it seems like it will stay tight when it needs to. Overall, very happy so far!

I was so relieved that this fun, floppy Aloha Shark style hat fits both of my growing boys. It's really hard to find a good UV-protective sun hat for boys once their older than 5 - go figure. My boys have very fair skin and are 6.5 and almost 5 years old with good sized head circumferences (not little peanut heads). This hat fits both of them great! With a handy velcro chin strap for windy days that can be tucked up into the hat when not wanted/needed.

Very cute hat. Easy to reverse. Got the 18-24 month size for my 13 month old and the little size adjuster makes it fit perfect and is easy to adjust.

Not only is this hat adorable, it's perfect for the pool and beach. The adjustable strap allows it to fit well and hopefully last multiple summers. The material doesn't absorb water so it's great for swimming. The brim is nice and wide so it covers his face and neck much better than a traditional bucket hat. Love this hat!

This was the second Sun Smarties Hat I've purchased for my son & it has been just as amazing! The first hat lasted through two years of South Florida sun, surf, and water play. Great construction, fantastic neck and face protection from the sun. Nice features include the soft hook & loop chin straps, and the adjustable cinch tab (to make the hat tighter/more loose). I also like that the patterns & colors aren't too infantile, so my 3 year old is willing to wear it. If you measure your child's head, and then review the sizing chart, you'll get the correct hat size.

I only had one complaint and that was the size. My son is 2 1/2 & wears 2T in almost everything. When I got the 2T shorts, they fit perfect, but this shirt fit bigger & hung a little more than I wanted. He still wore it & it did it's purpse... kept him from getting burnt! I just wish I had gotten a smaller size. I would get another one though1

Love the design of the shirt. It has room to move in and the back is slightly longer. The color is very cute. We bought the whole set, the shirt, shorts, and hat. They have vibrant color, cute details, and feel like better quality. More expensive and seems to be worth the extra money.

At first glance, the neck appears to be rather small. We were worried about getting it over the babies head. But, to our relief, the fabric stretches easily and we had no problem putting it on. The garment is well made and the babies appeared to be comfortable wearing them.

We bought one of these last year for our son and loved it so much, we bought another for this coming season! I like the idea of not having to apply so much sunscreen on my son and this piece really helps! It protects my son's arms and torso. He doesn't mind wearing it in the water, so it must be comfortable! The piece is well made and will hold up to multiple washings. A good purchase....

I loved this swim shirt! I ordered a 12 month size for my 8 month old and he is in the 25% of weight and height. I wanted it a little loose especially since he has a large head (75%). :) The shirt has longer sleeves and the back is longer which was great since he is crawling. I also loved that the neck hole stretched enough when I put it over his head. So, I would definitely suggest this shirt!

I ordered a size larger since summer is almost over, and looking forward to my son using this sun shirt next summer. It is light weight, and seems to be very well made. I wish it came in white or a lighter color, dark blue might be hot .... but so far that's my only complaint, and not a big deal.

My son wears this rash guard every day & it's held up so well (pool & beach)! The fabric is not flimsy and the construction is great! The neck opening is large enough to fit his head through without difficulty & yet it retracts to offer sun protection on his neck. The longer back is awesome, offering constant protection to his lower back as he bends and squats during play. My son is 3.5 years, 37 lbs and fit into the 4T with room & length to spare. I also bought a 5T for next year. I also like that it is free from graphics, so he can wear it with any swim trunks.

I bought this for my 10 month old son. He wears it for swimming in our pool or at the beach - it is great because it protects him from the sun and we don't have to worry about reapplying sunscreen all the time. The 18 month size is a little bit big right now but he'll have room to grow into it.

Due to an accident we need to make sure my son's back, arms and palms are protected from the sun. This shirt is so much better than others we looked at. The sleeves are longer as is the back of the shirt. When he is playing on the beach I don't worry that the shirt will ride up and expose his back. The shirt dries quickly and is comfortable, he leaves it on even on days the temps exceed 90 degrees! Long sleeve swim shirts aren't always easy to find but this one exceeded my expectations and is worth every penny!

We got the green crab shirt for my almost-five-year-old. It fits great. He and I love it. It's an especially huge relief to know it has extra UV protection and is cute, not adorned with skulls or any other ugly stuff like many clothes for boys ages 5 and up (for some reason cute is no longer on the shelf for those ages even though the kids still prefer cute over thug-like). Wish Leaps & Bounds had sizes higher than 5T - - how about up to 10 or 12?

These sandals are good for the price but wish they were made of a more flexible (mesh-like) material. This would be better for outdoor/ water-based activities.

The only drawback to these sandals was that I had to send them back for bigger sizes for both my daughter (size toddler 9) and my niece (toddler 7), so order a size larger than what you think your child needs. Once we got sandals that fit both girls, they're great! My daughter has Red Skin Syndrome and is VERY sensitive to straps going across her ankles, and these padded straps meet her seal of approval! Very comfy and easy for her to put on and take off. Thanks for a great product One Step Ahead!

I love these sandals. We have bought these sandals for our children every summer as their feet grow and they are the best. They fit comfortably and while other sandals give kids blisters or need to be broken in these do not. They are also very durable. They are great for playing outdoors getting them wet and they even look great with dresses. My kids love them and wear them all the time. They are so durable they could be used for more than a year since they adjust so nicely.

I really like these sandals, and you really can't beat the price. My kids both have very wide feet, and these are very comfortable for them. My ONLY complaint is that the sole is very firm. I know some people prefer that, but I am a firm believer that soles of kids shoes should have some flexibility. That being said, I'm really comfortable letting my kids run around at the park with these sandals, because they are so sturdy. They use these sandals at the pool, then play at the park afterwards. It's a nice all around active sandal.

This is a great shoe, particularly for the price. Nicely constructed, durable and comfortable. The feature that takes them from a Sandal to a Slide is adorable but watch that the child doesn't remove the strap and hide it, like mine did!

I love this pair of shoes, good quality and reasonable price, especially when it is on sale. I have bought two pairs for my son in the past; and recently I just bought the third pair and another pair for my newly born daughter.

When we got the shoes, we noticed that there was a mistake and we got two different sizes. When I called customer service about it, they handled the complaint really well and sent us a new pair that arrived the next day. That's what I call great customer service!!!

As to the shoes themselves, they seem to be really sturdy, are not too bulky, dry quickly after getting wet and fit well (no blisters or red marks). Due to the multiple straps they can be adjusted individually. Our daughter really likes them!

I love these little sunglasses! I bought them for my almost two-year-old since she likes my expensive prescription sunglasses...and she happily made the swap! This is a great product for a toddler! My daughter loves her sunglasses! They have held up against her "toddler ways" of pulling them every which way. The only reason I gave it 4 and not 5 stars was because we have only had them about a month and cannot say how they will hold up in the long run.

I purchased these sunglasses for my 20-month-old daughter. These are the only sunglasses I have found that fit her giant head! (She is in the 90th percentile for head circumference). I got a pair of these in each of the smaller sizes for my son because he has sensory issues and he loves sunglasses, but when he was really young, wouldn't wear the ones with the elastic strap because he couldn't stand the feeling. Being really light weight, he kept these on and LOVED them. He's 3 1/2 now and just outgrowing the middle size, so we're getting him a new pair and his 1 year old sister some in pink. They're durable - the first scratch on the lens happened after having them for nearly two years (and he's not gentle). The frames are really flexible, so little hands don't break them easily. The lenses pop out when they're twisted instead of breaking, and are super easy to pop back in when this happens. Overall, GREAT glasses.

These sunglasses are great. I don't worry about them being broken all the time, or with my little one, I don't worry about him poking his eye out trying to put them on himself. The rubber is great.
The only drawback is, if they push they can pop the lenses out.... which I have been able to pop back in.... so is not a deal breaker for me.

My 3 1/2 year old son wore them for two minutes in the car. He popped the lens out and I cannot find it. What a disappointment! I thought they would have lasted a bit longer than that! I had to give it one star but I would really give it no stars since it isn't functional.....
