This sand/water table is great for small spaces! My son loves this toy and has gotten great use out of it. The only problem is that after one summer of use, one of the plug caps didn't work anymore so one side constantly leaks water.

The table is great fun, BUT I'm not happy that it broke so quickly.

This was a gift for my granddaughter - age 3. I also assumed that her older brother - age 6 - would play with it as well. They opted for water vs. sand. The following comments from their mother says it all.

Kids took advantage of the nice day to play in the new water table. They ended up soaking wet, teeth chattering, but had a blast! (Both kids, loved it - of course :-))

My son is just under the recommended minimum age, but I bought this because his preschool has a water table and he loves it. This one is bigger than I expected for the price, and has good scooping, raking, and spinning toys. He has a good time even without sand and water, putting toys in and moving them around. With the sand, he enjoys it even more. I was impressed with the overall design of this and I'm sure he'll have a good time with this for quite awhile.

My grandson's parents are able to leave the table outside and it is wonderful that they are able to cover it to keep the sand dry and free from cats. I tell everyone about it.

This is one of the best tables I have seen! Very durable! I would suggest using it for either sand OR water. Not by fault of the table but little ones would want to mix the two!;)

My kids want to play with the sand table everyday. They will also play for hours. They do have a hard time keeping the sand in the box but they also enjoy sweeping the sand up.

My friend, who also owns this, said that filling 1/2 and 1/2 was a disaster. So, I put this on our deck and filled both sides with water for the summer. My 20 month old loves it. We add cups, kitchen stuff, etc. to the water.
When it cools down, we'll do both sides rice- or sand- etc. But, I definitely can see how it would be a mess with half water and anything else.
Included toys are decent.

A fun summer toy to keep the little one cool and exploring.

Great for sand, water, rice and beans. Could be used by multiple age levels. A great winter or rainy day activity!

I searched for the perfect water table- wanted something that had multiple features and that would last for more than one season. This is it! It's got lots of toys that come with the table and you can use it for water and sand (we use only for water). It's not too high that a toddler can't reach the water wheel - this is child's favorite thing to do. Can't get her to stop playing with it. It is very cute too and will bring it inside to playroom when weather gets cold and fill with beans or something else. Very practical and a good value on sale.

My son loves playing with his sand and water table. I recommend not using sand and water in it at the same time though because 10 pounds of sand were quickly at the bottom of the water during the first use. So now I use it as a sand OR water table. The cover keeps the sand clean. I wish One Step Ahead sold sand to go with this toy.

The drains don't work very well, I had to take out the bolts and just use the plugs. However, the baby loves it and wants to play with it every day.

I gave this gift to my 2 1/2 year old granddaughter this weekend which she used on the patio of my townhome. She played for HOURS and kept finding new ways to use it. On a very hot day this was great fun. We used only water at this point.

I bought this item since my son loves to play in the bathtub. I put water on one side and sand on the other. I have also filled it with uncooked rice, beans, and small pebbles. The table is sturdy enough for him to lean on it, yet light weight enough for me to move it from one area to the next. The toys that accompany it are also a good quality. The only drawback is that the lid doesn't close as tightly as I'd like, it does let some rain in, but it does prevent bugs and dirt from getting inside.

I LOVE this water table (we don't use it with sand b/c of the mess factor on our deck). I looked around a lot for one that met my 'requirements', and when this one was on sale, I didn't hesitate to buy it. Here's why I love it:
1. It's so easy to take apart and clean
2. The lid is such a great way to keep it in good condition
3. The accessories it comes with are durable and entertaining for my daughter (and I think there are more of them than what you get with many other water tables)
It's definitely a great table and if my daughter loves it and it's easy for me to keep maintained, I'm sold!
