These worked perfectly to space my retractable gate. I used both of the adapters to bring the gate hardware in line with my baseboards. Perfect install the first time. Directions were spot on and diagrams included were helpful.

My husband installed this and did a good job. The push and twist function is too difficult for our 5 1/2 year old to do on her own and she goes through the gates about 20 times a day. The retractable feature sounded awesome becuase the gate is in our main hallway, close to the stairs, so having it out of the way when the baby was sleeping, etc. was going to be awesome. The noise is also very annoying, not something I could listen to repeatedly.
