It is wonderful. We couldn't get the rubber handle on over the metal frame and had to remove the chain guard on the bike to attach it, but other than that it's great. saves my back

This will certainly save your back when teaching a child to ride a bike. Due to special needs my daughter needed me to hold her bike for a long time and I would not have been able to do it safely without the bar. She now can ride a bike.

This product is great, once assembled... which did cause me some frustration, but now that its in proper working order I do love it. I have 2 small children who can't ride even with training wheels independently (except downhill) and now I don't have to stoop over to push them up the hills, I can walk upright also. We've been able to go much farther on thier rides and when I'm not pushing or handling the support they can still ride freely, they don't even notice the extra handle. It's great!!!!!

the product was easy to install and assemble except for the rubber gripper that goes on the handle. It did not fit my older kids bike as the axle of that bike is smaller and there is no option in the product to adjust the prongs.

We have been desperately trying to teach our seven year-old to ride his bike. He is incredibly resistant to learning to ride (never buy Powerwheels for your kids--it spoils them)! We bought this product because we were willing to try anything that would help even the slightest bit. I don't think everyone would need this, but it has helped us.

I got this product for my three year old daughter, along with a bike. I thought it might help her learn to ballance on the bike, but actually holding the handle prohibits the child from steering in to a fall and ballencing the bike herself. She is now 4- almost 5 and can ride a two wheeler by herself, but this handle didn't help at all. I thought I could use it to help her up hills, but holding the handle makes her fall. good old getting off to walk does better. I would recomend a 'ballance bike' with no pedals, and a tag along bike to ride behind an adult bike, but skip this thing and also skip the training wheels- same problem, the kid cannot balance with training wheels in the way

Seems to work better than training wheels for our reluctant rider and doesn't require a fight to keep the bicycle upright; I can control it with one hand.

My son got a new bike for his 3rd birthday. He was used to his trike and was uncomfortable with his big boy bike. It was heavy and hard to pedal.
With the addition of this bar, I can give him a guiding push, and he's ready to pedal on his own. Great for small hills and areas hard to pedal on. An added bonus--he's easy to grab if he gets going to fast!

The directions could be a little clearer but once I got it on my son's bike, we use it all the time, with and without the help of training wheels. We couldn't be happier.

Great way to save your back and help your child be safe. A little tricky to install with a bike with training wheels, but worth the effort.

This ready rider is a great product. Very sturdy and very durable. I've used this product with my 7yr old son and now with my 4yr old daughter. I think the people that have the wobble must either have it confused with another product or do not have the bolts tightened the whole way. Also, there is a manual that you can send for on the manufacturer's web site that really gives some great tips on teaching your child to ride a bike. Thank you Leaps and Bounds for another GREAT product.

This is a must have! I can't say enough on how wonderful this is to use. No more aching back and it has made it much easier on my son while he is trying to learn. Very easy to use, I only had to use one hand to help him balance. I had 3 people stop their cars and ask me where I got this from. A+++++++
