I use this everyday. I didnt want a huge belt that took over my enitre belly, so this is a nice option. It has helped immensly to support my back and belly especially when carrying my 16 month old son around. My only issue with it is, the eye hooks are far apart and, until you grow to the next set, the belt isnt very helpful. It would be nice if there where another set of eye hooks between each of the current sets. The belt fits nicely under my clothes and is well hidden. It does have the tendency to cut into my skin if I do not have it on right. I would recommend this to moms that do not need a ton of support. You aren't going to get it with a belt of such small coverage. I wish I would have had one for my first pregnancy.
