          I am disappointed with this cooler. It does not keep the drinks cold for very long at all. We have used it a few times now for different things and found them warm, much warmer then we would have if we would have used our traditional cooler with ice. The bottom line is that its 10 hour cold guarantee is just a sales pitch. Perhaps the cooler would work better if it had a zipper instead of a gaping flap, perhaps not. Overall, this cooler will serve a purpose for short periods in moderate to cool temperature.

          Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

          Merchant response: Thank you for your feedback. Please make sure you put the bag in the freezer first the night before and then the gel within the walls of the bag should be frozen enough to hold up to 10 hours as mentioned in our description.

              This is the coolest bag, literally. you store the whole bag in the freezer and when you pull it out the walls of the bag are frozen and they keep food cold all day. plenty of room for the whole family. perfect for an all day at the soccer field, beach and travel. LOVE LOVE
