        I usually don't write reviews, but this item is so bad I wanted to make sure no one else wasted their time and money on this thing.
        This product is a joke. It doesn't have enough power to move dust and is impossible to wash inside! .VERY BAD! I can't say it enough.
        Don't waste your time or money. Hops this helps someone avoid this thing.

                    My 10-month old daughter was very congested and the nasal bulb was just not cutting it. After doing research I found this product and immediately went to [...]. I do not know why I didn't get this sooner. It is a MUST have. It suctioned perfectly and she did not fuss AT ALL. No more tears. The only cons is that I wished the music stayed on longer but now me and my husband are very happy and so is baby.

                                  I have no idea what the skinny ones are for. No baby's nose is shaped like that and it would go in too deep and hurt baby.
                                  You need a couple replacement tips as the machine only comes with one and it is really easy to lose anywhere...especially in the sink when washing it.

                                          I use the nasal clear at least twice a day sometimes more. When the baby hears the music now he smiles because he knows that his nose will be clear in a flash. Cleaning is easy and no messy tissues or crying baby. I love this product.
