A friend recommends this product to me. I find the website and find this item is no longer available for purchase. So I called the CS number and ask them if it's available later and I was told NO. It is really upsetting, my daughter would of loved this. I know many who would order it too. Why is it companies always discontinue items consumers really like?

The "gold" is coming off of all the stars after being stored in the little bag. The velcro from the backs of stars scrapes it off. (Made of poor material) Otherwise, it is a great educational toy for children!

My son loves this chart. It really helps him strive toward his goals and motivates him. It is also helpful when trying to discipline him, as he will not earn a star for unexpected behaviors. The chart also comes with some blank rectangles so it can be customized to your child.

Responsibility chart really works and gets kids motivated.

My son is the hardest kid in the world to wake up and get ready for school. After the first day of having this chart at home he woke up before I did and dressed himself just to reward himself with a star. He fixes his bed (and he never did this before).

This was definitely a great buy, I would recommend to any parent!

The quality of the rewards chart is great. I think my niece will love it. The problem was that the personalization was incorrect, which I realize happens from time to time. But the un-customer friendly part was that One Step Ahead required us to send it back. They were very good about getting the new one sent out quickly. I just don't think a customer should have to send back a product that was mis-typed so was their mistake. If they want to guarantee that it was a mistake on their part, they should have the customer send a picture of the incorrect personalization. It was just a hassle to send it back given that it was Christmas and was sent as a gift to my niece in another state. This was explained to One Step Ahead's customer service, but they insisted the product needed to be returned.

I purchased two of these for my sons (ages 5 & 2). My five year old follows a behaviour clip chart at school and is really serious about it...always thoughtful about "clipping up". At the beginning of each week we select what "responsibilities" they want to be accountable for that week (you get blank tags to make your own as well) and every night at bedtime we gold star the tasks done that day and have dialogue around the ones they feel they didn't achieve. It gives us an opportunity to have a great, objective and unemotional conversation about what they can do tomorrow to actually get a gold star. It's been fun and really working to get them to volunteer to " eat their veggies" or "do homework" (which is 40 minutes of reading at night). I recommend this item and I am happy that I stumbled across them. The personalisation looks great also!!

Bought this for my 4 1/2 yr old son. It is very easy to use and fun. The flexibility is great - changing out rewards, actions, star goals. The only thing I wish it had extra is a place to store the goal stars (with the numbers on them).

This responsibility chart is awesome! We got it for our 4 year old and I love how we can personalize it! She loves to look at it each day and talk about her goals and count up her stars at the end of the day!
