They work well but are hard to install. The screws are junk and strip extremely easy. Unless you have studs that are 12" apart and furniture that conforms to that, they are hard to work with you need to improvise and figure something else out. They are just zip ties and plastic holders..... make your own and save $$.

This is a great idea for securing furniture to the wall. In practice, there are two disadvantages to this product.

First, the studs are not always in an ideal location; the available studs in my old house were further apart than the bookcase was wide. The plastic loops were just barely long enough to thread through the too-far-apart brackets.

Secondly, the screws that came with the product were substandard. The philips head insets were very superficial and I stripped 5 of the philips heads before giving up on them. Fortunately, my hardware store was able to supply me with inexpensive high-quality screws that had a deeper philips inset but were otherwise identical.

I no longer have to worry about my 18 monthe old pulling the book shelf over on himself . The brackets were very easy to install and took no time at all they are very strong my husband even pulled on the bookshelf to see if it would hold and it did. Great product glad I got it.

I think these will work functionally, though they haven't been tested by my daughter yet. I used them in multiple rooms and the largest difficulty is that some furniture doesn't line up perfectly with two studs in the wall, so sometimes you only can use one for each piece of furniture.

This product should be attached to all dressers and desks in all rooms, not just baby's. Many children die every year from furniture falling on top of them. Please take the time to install and create a safe environment.

These really are a must have for any tall furniture. I didn't use them at first b/c I didn't think my kids would "actually" turn over their chest of drawers. But after opening all of the drawers at once, the whole thing fell over. Fortunately, they got out of the way in time. But the chest is now secured to the wall for safety & peace of mind!!
