VERY DISAPPOINTING THAT IT DOESN'T COVER TRANSFORMERS FOR COMPUTER ACCESSORIES. THIS IS THE AREA WE WERE SPECIFICALLY TRYING TO PROTECT AND THIS PRODUCT DOESN'T DO IT. IT WORKS FOR REGULAR CORDS AND SMALL TRANSFORMERS ONLY.

My one year old daughter would constantly crawl over and under things to get to the power strip where she would turn the strip on and off. I wasn't able to hide the strip behind any furniture so I figured I would give this a try. It was so easy to use, and there is no way that my daughter can open the container. It is also designed in a way that it should fit any power strip.

This only fits the smaller power strips. We bought 2 of these and so far they seem to be holding up. My little one can not get to the outlets ;)

They do the job of keeping busy hands from pulling plugs out. The construction is poor, as the plastic is slightly warped, making it difficult to align the closure tabs. Adding or taking out plugs becomes a chore.
I have also successfully used this device for extension cords with 3 outlets, so it is more versatile than just power strips.

i travel a lot for work, so i have to remove my phone charger almost weekly. since it isn't the easiest to close, it can be a regularly frustrating experience. but, if you have a space where you won't have to remove the plugs/cords often, then no problem.

Well...this would have been great. However, it's not wide enough for my surge protectors. Also, it doesn't protect from the wires, just the outlet. My daughter is more interested in the wires, even though we want to protect her from the outlet as well. It would be good for surge protectors that are single strips, unlike my double strip.

Gave it a 4 instead of 5 because it's a little bigger than I thought it'd be. But if you've got huge ac adaptors, I can see reason for the size. Definitely gives peace of mind knowing that no one can mess with the power strip. It's difficult for any kid to open. My very busy crawler was attracted to the glowing on/off switch on all power strips in the house. This is the perfect remedy to her curiosity.

This is one of the best child-proofing products for our home. Older homes don't have many outlets, so we are forced to use a lot of power strips. Not only does the strip cover keep my 2-year-old from dangerous exploration, it automatically makes the mess look way better. If you have to have an exposed strip, you need one of these.

The powerstrip is great to keep my 2 year old and my 5 year old from touching the outlets and getting shocked. The only bad thing is that I have a hard time opening it.

This is a great product. It keeps the power strip out of my son's reach. However, when installing it, we had some difficulty because the power strip we had was thicker than the full length of the product. The end part that slopes down got in the way of the cover closing fully. We changed the power strip and it worked.
