This bookshelf was easy to put together, even though the instructions were too simplified (I had to take the first level apart after I realized the platform was upside down). It's a nice heavy piece so it won't tip over easy. Only other issue I had is that the chemical smell is very strong, but I'll put it in the garage to "air out" for a few days. I think it will work well for my 15 month old twin boys.

I'm so excited to have all my 14 Grammybabies come to Grammy's house to read books! I showed it to some of them on Facetime and they were so excited. I hope I don't find the boldest one of them circling on top of it, but if I did, it would NOT tip over! Love it!

This works great in my son's room to keep all of his books organized. It is large enough to hold a large number of books, but not so large that it occupies too much space. Easy to assemble and so far seems to be pretty durable.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my 4 y/o granddaughter who loves books and has many. It was very easy to put together and it looks like a quality piece of furniture. However it does not hold the books well. They are constantly sliding and falling out. Several books do not fit at all. The worst part is that it has to be kept away from any wall so it will rotate freely (as many of the books stick out a bit)and the books still fall out when it turns. Consequently we are left with a piece of furniture taking up a lot of space in a small room without providing the purpose for which it was bought.

The bookshelf is great. We were just bummed that there was a 2 inch scratch across the top of the surface. It was too much work to disassemble and return so we've let it be. But the shelf itself is great and plenty of room for many books.

Great product! Very sturdy construction, which does make it a bit heavy. Daughter is just under 2 and is able to turn it without difficulty to select a book. Also great customer service. Received this on Monday, only to discover a couple of the pieces were damaged during either packing or shipping. Contacted customer service and they immediately sent out the new parts; received them within 3 days. Overall very happy and excited to see all my daughter's books in one easy to use place!

My daughter is 17 months and loves this bookshelf! We store other toys besides books on the shelves! She loves to spin it and find all her toys! Even though its kinda pricey, I would highly recommend it! Very sturdy and spins smoothly!

  The top shelf is 5" high, the middle shelf is 9" high and the bottom shelf is 13 1/2" high. Each shelf is 20" in diameter, and is divided into 4 sections. The point closest to the inside wall is approximately 9 inches.

  Each section holds approximately 15 DVDs. The top shelf is 5" high, the middle shelf is 9" high and the bottom shelf is 13 1/2" high. The top shelf can accommodate DVDs if they are in CD sized holders.
