I have used this pump for four children, sometimes pumping two-three times per day for a year or more. I have replaced the tubes and the electrical power cord over the years, but it still works as well as it did when I first got it. It is a great pump for working moms who need to pump quickly while on a break.

My hand-me-down Medela Pump in Style finally gave up the ghost, so it was a no-brainer that I would purchase another Medela. I'm glad I went with the backpack style as it is very lightweight, easy to use and the backpack itself is very roomy for other things you may take along.

I work part-time at a hospital and use their Medela Lactina Select hospital grade pump (truly a work horse!). While I don't get quite the output on this home model, it is still excellent for the price.

This is a great product for moms on the go, who pump daily or even just occasionally. I wouldn't let my friends or family buy any other brand!

no problems so far. works fine. gives off a whirring sound but they all do. comes with an ample amount of supplies - bottles, a nipple with cover, ice pack.

great value. even better if you buy a hands free pumping bra.

No difference in Advance backpack vs letter carrier - paying price difference (up to $50) for bag. I preferred Back Pack because it was smaller and cheaper with no difference in motor or accessories and left arms open. I even had it on my back & baby in the Bjorn on front when i went to an Air Show. My hands were still free. My husband would've carried it anyway, but liked that it was black and looked like any other back pack. Although small, it held plenty of bottles, accessories... The motor is a step down from hospital grade - but this is the best you can get on the market. I used the hopsital grade (preemie) for 4 months, so i could see the differences but this was a worthy investment because nursing and providing MM means so much to me. I used Lithium batteries and they held charge for many pumpings. I used it in the mountains, at the beach, at home, at the hospital. Batteries do open your boundaries. I do recommend the product.

It is so easy and is not that big and bulky. I take it everywhere. As long as you do all the things it tells you to take care of the pump it does a great job. Takes me 10 minutes to pump both sides! This was the cheapest price I found this unit. Great Value[...]
