Was given to my 6 month old son as a gift. At first he was unsure of his liking towards it. He now goes absolutly crazy for this item. The vibration is definitely soothing for his gums. A must have in our diaper bag! The only draw back is that it pretty bulky and heavy for a baby. A lighter one would be easier for him to carry at this age.

After reading reviews that it was hard to activate the vibrate by themselves I was a little skeptical about this, but my son, who is 7 months old, has no problem biting down and making this vibrate. It holds his attention and when he doesn't want to bite on it, he likes to spin the other end!

I bought this for my 6 month old who is drool deep in teething. He loudly objects to the cold teething rings but absolutely LOVES this teether. It is so easy for him to activate - he simply puts it in his mouth, bites down, and VOILA instant vibration. Not only does it soothe his gums, but he also entertains himself (and us) by saying 'ah' and making his voice vibrate. We take this teether everywhere.

While I'm not sure if the battery is replaceable, the item was so affordable, I would gladly purchase another one.

My son loves this teether, but can't seem to engage the vibrating action by biting. He still likes to squeeze and play with it, even if he's not chewing on it.

This is safe for children younger than 6 months; they just have difficulty biting hard enough to activate it and if really small, trouble holding it. But it is worth it to hold and activate if for them if they are really inconsolable. Nothing else seemed to work for my 4th child, who started teething at 3 months. I've spoken to other parents with babies who don't seem to get much relief from usual teething relievers (cold, teething gel, etc), who agree that this teether seems to work in those cases.

My daughter loves the vibrating action of the teether. Although we bought this after she already had her front teeth, she still likes to play with it.

We love this product our 5 month old is starting to teeth and he enjoys the vibrating action. Unfortunately he's still too young to activate it on his own so we have to squeeze it for him... I'm hopeful that as he grows older he'll activate it himself

my son is teething and nothing has been soothing his aches. he loves this teether. only drawback is i find myself holding it for him to activate it. i wish it had an on/off switch as well as the self activated mechanism.

My son STILL loves this teether. We got this for him when he was 8 months old. He is now 16 months and getting his molars. The vibrations on this little thing has really soothed his sore mouth. I would recommend it to any parent with a teething baby.

It doesn't work. My baby likes it when I hold it and make it vibtrate for him but it is too hard for a baby to activate.
