Other nursing pads just absorb leaks, but these silicone wonders prevent them altogether! They cling to your skin — not your bra — exerting gentle pressure so leaks don't occur. They're soft, breathable, and invisible under clothing. Go swimming; sleep braless, enjoy your slinky negligees again! Washable, reusable, and very economical (sure beats buying box after box of pads). Includes 2 Padz and carry case. Note: Due to health reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened packages. Love these! Give as shower gift often

Comments about Me and My Kidz Lilypadz Nursing Pads:
Let me start with the fact that I am a 38I bra size. I bought a pair of these after my son's birth. I started leaking during my 7th month of pregnancy and started wearing disposable pads then. Too expensive! These do not work to stop leaks without a bra for the first couple of weeks, but they do stop leaks with a bra. After your milk levels out, they will prevent leaks without a bra. Sometimes in the beginning my non-feeding side would leak thru the pad, but this did not upset me. The pads saved me money and allowed me to go braless at night. Yay! It is important to use your finger to push your nipple in with the pad when putting it on before you flip it against your breast. I have sensitive skin (I am allergic to sulfate 's & the mesh panties they give you after birth in the hospital) and I had no issues with these pads. LOVE LILY PADZ!
Love these! Finally a nighttime avoider.

These work great. I was skeptical they would work but they adhere easily and comfortably. I've had some leakage during let down when engorged but still better than the nursing pads that don't stay in place at night and/or get sopping wet. I like that I can sleep without a bra at night with these on.

These are amazing!!!

I LOVE these! I purchased them when I had my first daughter,(now 2) and have bought them again with my second daughter (now 5 months). I breastfed my oldest daughter until she was 18 months and used these the whole time. They are great! I love that I can go to sleep and not worry about a breast pad shifting. I am a 44DD, pump 12 ounces a feeding and have very rarely had any leaks. They are expensive but they last and are well worth the money. In the long run they are cheaper than disposable pads. I have used them for up to 4 months before needing to replace them. As far as the special cleaners needed... I use antibacterial liquid hand soap and that works fine. They are supposed to last 2 months and mine have lasted twice as long without any special cleaners. I would definetely recommend these!

Almost Suffocated my Baby!
By Concerned Mother

About Me Experienced mother
The first night I ever tried one of these I took it off in the middle of the night to nurse and laid it somewhere on my chest (I was half asleep) and baby and I both fell asleep while I was nursing in bed. I woke up a bit later and looked down and this thing was almost covering my 5 week old baby's mouth and nose. Thankfully she is fine, but it scared me to death because it totally could have suffocated her. It was the perfect size and shape, as well as being sticky, to perfectly mold itself around her nose and mouth.Considering this is an item everyone will be using around their little babies, I would be VERY careful. This happened to me after only one day of use!
I wouldn't buy again

The description states that it helps to prevent leakage but I still leaked and it overflowed in the cup and through my shirt. However, the product was smooth and comfortable to wear.
Messy!
By Casey

When I would go to nurse, there was a puddle and when I pulled it off milk went all over my shirt...creating a mess. Plus, sometimes the opposite one would fall off as I was nursing on the other side, creating a mess.

I wish I knew about these sooner. These saved me a lot of money- money I would've used buying disposable nursing pads. They stick on great, even after being washed every day, and they're great for the environment.

Wonderful product - so comfortable, convenient and it works! I love it, especially since I have extremely tender and sore nipples.

OUCH....
By kimberlyw

I am a mother of 5 and I decided to try the these pads as my milk levels out fairly quickly and I do not leak large amounts. My daughter is 3 1/2 mo old now so I thought this would be great! They were comfortable to wear and did prevent leaking. I really liked that I didn't have bulky pads in my bra. However, after wearing them for two days (and cleaning them after feedings with the lilly wash) I developed a horrible rash around each of my nipples...:( It is definitely uncomfortable and painful. Not sure if it is heat rash or an allergic reaction or some kind, but I will not be wearing these anymore. I had not read of anyone getting a rash from these, but (lucky me!) I did. If you are prone to sensitve skin this may not be the product for you...
Loved these! Using them again!

I took a risk (b/c of the price) on these with my now 3-yr-old and LOVED them! I breastfed for 14 months and went through 4 pairs. I did have trouble with the 1st pair b/c I didn't follow the cleaning directions exactly so they wore out fast. And I wear a 36D so I had a little trouble with the pointy look, but used them anyway because they stopped the leaks so well. However, I see on the Lilypadz website that they now have a Large size (1/2 inch more diameter and less concave) for fuller breasted women (D size and up). My next baby is due in a few weeks and I plan to order a double set of the large size.

This is my 3rd go around with breast feeding and for the last 2 kids I always used the lansinoh breast pads and they always would bulk up and show through t-shirts. fine for the winter with sweaters, but terrible in the summer. I took a chance with the lily pads and I will never go back. They are the best. I leak a ton and they keep everything in. I waited a couple of weeks to use them after the birth of my child (to let my milk regulate) and then we were off and running. They are the best pad I have ever used. My skin stays dry and no one would ever know that I am wearing a pad. These would even be great after I am done feeding to wear under a dress with no bra. I used to spend about $10 per box of pads every 2 weeks ($20 a month) and one box of lily pads is around $20 and they last 2 months. Sounds like a savings to me. Don't hesitate to order them. Happy Feeding!
Love them!

Hated bulky nursing pads that showed through everything. These were the answer! They do not absorb but rather compress nip. While the price may seem high for one pair, remember you can wash them nightly (follow directions) and re-use the next day. I only needed the one pair until I got to a point where I no longer needed pads at all. I nursed for two years. I will say I have even used them once or twice since I last needed them... for the sole purpose of nipple coverage! They are also great for the days at home that you want to go braless for the ease of nursing, but don't want nipples showing through your shirt, or damp spots, if someone shows up at your house.
I wish I had these sooner!

I wish I had know about these when I was breatfeeding my other two kids! I wear mine all the time. I am a B-cup and find these to work great under shirts that I want to go "bra-less" I also hate wearing a bra around the house and these are perfect b/c you don't have to worry about nipples showing if you have unexpected guest! I also hate the bulk and look of regular pads under clothes- so these are perfect. Wear them under a fitted tank top and even if they have lost some "stickiness" they will be glued to you within the hour! I have never had a leak.

Does an Amazing Job

After two pregnancies and hundreds of soaked breast pads, the LilyPadz seem like a little miracle. Wearing them is like feeling nothing. I can be braless and completely comfortable and confident. It would bother me every time to toss out a breast pad that was filled with my leaked milk - my milk is precious for my baby and it shouldn't end up in a wastebasket. There is virtually no waste with the LilyPadz. These are easy to apply but peeling off the silicone pads takes a little getting used to at first. And cleaning seems to do best with their cleaning product. I'm a loyal user and recommend these to every breastfeeding mom!
