    My kids absolutely love Freddie from the time they're quite small through toddlerhood.
    I just checked with customer service online chat and they informed me, "It is latex, PVC, and palate free." :)

      Our twin babies have enjoyed this toy for months. We have attached it to everything: car seats, strollers, activity mats, jumpers and now they can crawl and get it on their own. In addition, it is easy to wipe clean. I have also washed it in the washing machine and it came out good as new. This is a great toy and worth the price.
