      This was a Christmas gift for my grandson. We were surprised at how realistic it was (color, lights, sound, and revolving turntable). It only lacked a countdown timer which he noticed was missing. A little pricey, but a great product!

      My problem was not with the product itself it was the condition it was in when I got it. It was not new. It had scrapes and scratches, the battery door screw was stripped, the door was not lined up right. I ordered several products and more than one of them looked like something that someone had returned due to defects and I got stuck with them. When I started to return it, the cost of shipping was half of what I had paid in the first place so I gave it away but I will never buy from one step again. Ok product but sorry company.

            This was a Christmas present for my 15mo son. He loved it, so that counts for a lot. The turntable is made in 2 pieces and comes apart very easily, which is not good for a small child that can't get it back together. We decided to remove it altogether for now. I thought there would be more buttons to press than there really are. The bottom dial is difficult to turn for a smaller child as well. For what you get, it's way more expensive than it should be. Also, the "feet" on the bottom are not tall enough to keep the door from being even with whatever surface it's sitting on, making it harder to open/close the door than it should be.
