      This toy is very simple and easy to use. It only expands to 63 inches, which is long enough for my 4 year old to try and measure things around the house. He has played with it from time to time, but it is not a toy that will keep kids occupied for more than a few minutes.

        Bought this for my 3 yr old grandson bc he always wants his granddad's. He loves that he has his own tape measure now. Goes around measuring everything and everybody. Since I'm a teacher I find its a great learning tool as well. Big enough for little hands & large numbers for him to read.

          Bought these for my young grandchildren and have caught dad using them because unlike small adult versions this one is hard to lose. Very sturdy and real enough for some teaching in the bargain. Nice addition to a very full work bench.

                My son loves this. The only thing is winding the tape measure back up my son has a little trouble. He is 2 1/2 and I got it for the motor skills. It is wonderful for that.

                    Great Toy! My 3 ½ year old daughter loves to watch me build things. She always want to pick up my tape measure but with the metal it make me nervous. So I came across this and thougth why not. On Christmas morning as soon as my daughter opened it up she loved it. She wanted to go and help me build something  Even our 8 month old was intrigued by it and its safe enough that if he gets his hands on it I'm not worried.

                    All around, great fun toy.
