I bought this chair for my 3 year old son and he loves it! The second we unpacked it, he grabbed his blankie, his stuffed monkey, and climbed right in. Wonderful recliner and fits in great with our furniture.

There may be other places to buy a recliner, but I havent seen one that fits in with my furniture and has a cup holder and has better quality fabric.She gets in it EVERY morning, finds my remote and pushes buttons until the t.v. comes on and drinks her warm bottle of milk. She is 13 months.

my girls got these for Christmas... they LOVE them and they are very sturdy and well made. The kids have climbed on them a lot and really enjoy having a recliner that is just their size. Great price too. They arrived fully assembled which was awesome... one less thing to have to put together!

I can't believe you are writing to ask what I think!

I order a beautiful pink microsuede recliner and received a brown polyurethane recliner. We called the service desk to ask for the authorization number to return it, got told the service people cannot do anything and that we have to wait for the warehouse people to call us with a number. We are now over a week later and still no call, no authorization number, no pink recliner. Right now you have my money and I have nothing but a return item sitting here over a week after Christmas.

What do I think of your store and service – I think that's obvious. Bad service, No service, No effort to resolve a careless issue, No attempt to deliver what was ordered.

What does it take to get you to send the right merchandise and resolve an error made?

OK, I have to say up front that I do not like this chair. I think a recliner chair for a toddler is a bad idea - who wants to encourage your kid to sit and watch TV? I'd rather spend the money on toys that will allow them to be active and imaginative. We received this as a gift and I wanted to return it[...]

I ordered the brown chair thinking it would match our furniture like the picture shown. It is a bit different color than shown but still cute.
