This table needs improvements for the table height. The height of the table is too short for the height of the chair. My daughter has to bend, way over to complete her projects or to eat since she sits up too high over the table. Also, they need to instruct assemblers to not overtighten the bolts. I must have over-tightened a bolt on the chair because it stripped immediately (I am not that strong) and now the chair leg is flimzy.

Our grandson had this desk on his Christmas list having seen it in a catalogue. Unfortunately, we did not assemble the desk until two days before Christmas, or I would have returned it. Was disappointed with the quality. The chair seat had a crack across it. The drawer would fall out when pulled open because the glide part which was supposed to hold it in place was attached at the factory in the wrong place. The part was glued and then screwed to the underside of the desk and we had to carefully work at releasing it without cracking the wood. We then had to glue it in the proper place so the drawer would not fall. It was not worth the money, however, our grandson was happy to receive it since it was what he wanted. It is definitely not something you can pass down from child to child because it will not last.

After looking at lots of art tables, I purchased this table about a year ago for my then 18 month old. The design is nice, but the drawer broke in 2 places within 6 months of using it. We continue to use it because we already have it but I'd purchase a different one if I could do it over.

My husband and I got this desk for our son for his 3rd birthday, and he LOVES it. He even asks to eat his lunch there. He loves the cups, and hiding his crayons in the drawer. Great product, only problem we has was that the front of the drawer popped off right away, and we had to glue it back on. Otherwise, it's fantastic. Love the paper roll.

My 2yr old son received this from Grandma for a Christmas present. It is wonderful! Very sturdy and the perfect size for my little guy. My only complaint is that the wooden clamps on the side for the paper, the screws stripped as I was putting it together. Other than that, it was a piece of cake to assemble, and the cups are nice and snug in the holes, so little hands won't be pulling them out all the time.

this table is very attractive and meshes well with adult furniture. it is fun for my toddler and the center of all her play. cannot recommend it highly enough. i looked far and wide for something like this, found it nowhere, and one step ahead came thru yet again with innovative ideas and good design. thank you!

I would give this table five starts but the legs need to be longer. My son loves the table and uses it all the time. The table is not tall enough and my son will outgrow it before he will no longer want to use the table.I wish you could get longer legs. We have already decided that we are going to find a way to make the table work for as long as we possible can. The really is the best art table.
