I bought 2 pair and will be buying more! I've had severe pain especially in my right ear the last several times I've flown . For the price I figured I had nothing to lose. What a Godsend! Used a pair from Seattle to Orlando and then on to Miami and return trips the same. Followed directions & put in an hour before landing...NO PAIN! Comes with a cute tiny case that easily fits in a pocket.. Bought some child size as well for my grand kids next trip... Unless you've had ear pain you can't appreciate the relief!

First flight, our 3 year old never complained of ear pressure while they were in. They were easy to put it and he was fine leaving them in. Other children were crying on the decent, and our son was fine. They worked exactly as they said they would.

I bought two sets, one for my 1 year old, & the other for my 3 year old. My 3 year old had no problem keeping them in, & took to the ear plugs quite well. We had no apparent issues, and they seem to work for him. With my 1 year old, I felt like I was pushing them in too far to get them to stay put. As soon as my son pulled on his ear at all, or rubbed his face, accidentally bumping his ear, a plug would fall out. I don't know if he was too small for them, but they just wouldn't stay put for very long. For older children, I would recommend this product.

I was very disappointed in this product. The child earplanes were difficult to install and they would not stay put in my five year old grand daughter's ears. I used the adult size for myself during the flight and still felt pain in my ear during landing. I found this product to be useless!

I bought these for my 19 month old son for our long plane ride. He squirmed so much I couldn't get them in. In hindsight, I don't know what I was thinking...of course a toddler would not want something in his ears! Even after a good struggle, they didn't stay in his ears.

My daughter is 17 months and we just got back to CA from Europe. Used plugs during lift off and landing. She didn't cry once. Wish I had extras to give to a couple parents on flight back.

My daughter has been on over 30 flights and has never had trouble before. The last couple flights she has been complaining about her ears hurting (she is 3.5 years old). I bought these, told her they were her "Magic Ears" and she happily kept them in for take off and landing. Sadly, I only bought one set and lost em during a move! urgh. Flying tomorrow may be a bit painful for us. : (

These might work great. I'll never know. I tried to get my toddler twins to leave them in their ears during the flights, to no avail. The kids didn't like the feel of them in their ears (no surprise) and yanked them out, over and over again. I finally gave up. They didn't seem bothered by the change in air pressure. We were on a puddle-jumper, and the flight was short (one and a half hours), so maybe the pressure changes weren't that bad.

I have not used these on my toddler, but I am not able to fly without them. I have had life long ear infections and problems. I can't even swim in the deep end of a pool. Flying always resulted in excruciating pain (would cry during the descent). Found these and flying is now a breeze. I used more than twice and it DOES reduce effectiveness. I would buy one set per round trip. But these are a lifesaver for someone with chronic ear problems like me.

my seven year old left them in the entire flight..two hours...my 2.5 year old took them out after take off and did have pain but not my seven year old, they worked wonderful for him, my two year old just got bored with them...

We used these on the kids first flight and they worked great during take off, my son took his out during the flight but we put them back in before landing. My daughter, 2, kept hers in the first flight but the second, third, and fourth, it was a struggle. She did fuss more when they were not in. I would recomment these especially if you have kids like mine with a lot of sinus issues.

I would not recommend this product for toddlers. they will not keep them in and because the Ear Planes are small they could present a choking hazard.

These are amazing and I would never travel without them. I have tried the adult version but my ear canal is too small and they caused discomfort. I have always had issues with my ears when flying and I travel a lot for work. If I do not have my earplanes I will not take the trip. Love them
