        I thought the idea of a slip-over scarf that snuggles my child's neck to stay warm and doesn't hold the risk of getting caught while riding down a hill sledding was brilliant. Great idea, poorly made. The fabric is awful. It doesn't scretch at all so it just barely makes it over their head and then just hangs there. What they should have done is made it with a material that is really strechy and soft so it gently hugs the neck. These are truly useless. I did, however, like the matching mittens that I bought.
