Many hours of fun we've all had while the children "prepare" us many special treats. I added an apron hook to the side and a curtain to the back to personalize it. Very cute! I hired a handyman to put it together, and it took him 4.5 hours--a lot of work but worth it!

The kitchen is great and resembles an actual up to date kitchen. My son has hours of play with cooking and serving food to us. One thing to keep in mind is it will take all afternoon to assemble the kitchen. We found laying out all the pieces in numerical order helped to follow the many step/many page directions. With patience and doing each step it does come together and is quite nice!

purchased kitchen for grandcihildren ages 20 mos and 3 years. it took one person about 4 hours to put together. the kitchen is really cute, a little congested for two to play in....the grandchildren seem to love it so that is what counts.......but if i was designing it i would make it all a little larger.

Santa brought this kitchen for our 3 year old son. He LOVES it & even eats all of his meals at his new kitchen. My only complaint is the amount of time it took to put together, but in the end I feel it was worth it - Santa not so much.

This is a great children's kitchen however it took about 2-3 hours to put it together from unpacking, to construction, to clean-up, but well worth it and a fracion of the the cost of kitchens we priced from other major retailers.

We bought this kitchen for our two youngest kids 4 and 2. While assembling the cabinets the hook snapped that clicks the cabinet shut then two after Christmas my son broke the faucet off! I don't see this kitchen lasting long and for the money I would have thought it wiukd have been better quality

Very cute kitchen set! Perfect size for my two year old. She loves to "cook". Very tedious assembly for Santa to put together. But well worth it in the end to see her face and watch her play.

Difficult (sometimes frustrating) to assemble with lots of pieces and a manual that lacks needed detail. Would be nice to have more text warning you to check orientation of various pieces at key steps (sort of like what Ikea does). Otherwise, one ends up discovering a key mistake only much later in the assembly. Aside from this, the kitchen is well put together and my daughter enjoys using the kitchen set.

It's an adorable kitchen. Took 3 1/2-4 hrs to assemble. Had issues with parts not being right, needed to call company for replacement. Some of the # part stickers fell of the parts which made it a bit more difficult to assemble. But it is made really well. If you like Melissa & Doug play food most of their items don't fit into the oven. But I would have still picked this wooden play kitchen. It seems to be about 6" shorter than other wooden play kitchens which is nice when you want it for toddlers, my daughter is almost 2. I feel it will hold up for our grandchildren. I'm not a fan of white anything, would have liked more color options, but really LOVE the marble colored counter top! Bottom line my daughter loves it! Plays with it every day! I'm happy we purchased it.

We purchased this as a Christmas gift for our kids, ages 2 and 5. The item arrived in good condition with all the correct pieces in the box (which is rare it seems). It took 2 people about 4 hours to assemble the kitchen, but it was a pretty easy job in general. The layout of the kitchen is a little akward, but overall, it's a great product. My boys absolutely love it and I love how realistic it looks!

We gave this to our daughter who is 2. She loves to cook pretend meals and then have people sit at the bar stools with her. We live in a city condo so space is tight, this kitchen serves as a play space and also a table for my daughter to play at. One draw back is the time it takes to build, make sure to pick a day you can devote 4 hours to the project.

I absolutely LOVE this kitchen. I went back and forth to the plastic more popular kitchens to wooden kitchens and then I got my One Step Ahead magazine came in and I fell in love with this kitchen and looked no more. I love that it is shaped differently than most kitchens and it comes with stools so you kind of get a 2 in 1 deal. It matches home decor alot better. It bothered me in the beginning that it didn't make noise etc but the knobs click and there is plenty to do and this allows for imagination. I had a few missing pieces and one was broken but customer service of the maker of the kitchen was awesome and sent replacement pieces fast and wrapped up with care. I would recommend buying dishes and certain appliances that match the name brand of the kitchen or some things won't fit. I bought an awesome slice and bake cookie set by a popular brand that will not fit in the oven. Honestly, that would be my only con. It is tedious and takes time but it was SUPER easy to put together with great and easy to follow directions. Yes some of the stickers were missing, but it was not hard at all to identify the pieces.

We bought this kitchen for my daughter's 3rd Birthday and I can honestly say I am very pleased with this set! It's very sturdy and made of quality material. My daughter will get several years of play out of this kitchen and the stools are a great addition to complete the look. It really looks like a miniature size real kitchen!
