        I bought this book because I am making my baby's food, but it was not very useful. Most of the information I already knew. It doesn't have very many recipes or useful tips.

          I really like that the book is broken down with specific recipes and guidelines by the age of your child. It made getting started with solids easier for me and my daughter. It had good important information about allergies and appropriate foods which is really important to me.
