      My husband and I bought this for our grandson to keep his little curious self out of the kitchen. Our opening to the kitchen is 80". We bought the Elongate and one extension and it fits perfect and was very easy to install. I was worried about durability but our 1yr old grandson can push in the middle of the gate and it doesn't even bend or seem like it is going to break, (it's made out of steel.)Very happy with it. I will purchase another product from this company.

              I had all three panels to divide my Living Area/Dining Area into a Living Area/Playing Area.
              I already wrote a review on the gate itself, total crudd. The overall lenght was perfect but unstable with any fit being thrown against it.

              It was perfect at visual delination when I was asking them to stay put and play while mommy went to go do .... really quick, but any fussing on their part turned this fence into galloping gurdy (that bridge that collapsed in WA). By Two years old, They were too big for this to be of any use what so ever and I took it down.

                  This gate works well to block off our living area from our kitchen and keeps our triplets in the living area. They like it because they can still see out into the kitchen. The gate is sturdy and we added 2 extensions to it. We did have to use our own screws to get into studs as the ones provided are not long enough and will pull right out of the wall. I would buy this gate again. I also like that my 5 year old can work the door latch on his own.
