It does not stick very well to all surfaces as it says in the product description, my 1 year old still can open the refrigerator, just by pulling :(

My child can open the cabinet and drawer latches that catch when start to open things. these are perfect. Wish we had use these to begin with!

Needed these for kitchen cabinets for weekly one day visits. I like that I can unhook them when not needed. I am also going to use them on the back and basement doors. Beware,they are hard to unhook but they're suppose to be. Great solution for those of us who don't need safety features 24/7.

This product did not last very long at all. The adhesive cam unstuck after a very short period of time. They are also very difficult to fasten and unfasten. I think maybe the reason the adhesive gives out is because you have to pull so hard to get them open. Don't recommend at all!

When I first got these, I liked them. However, two weeks after I got them they started falling off. I have to buy new safety locks for all of my cupboards. I would NOT recommend this product. Money wasted.

I got this for our refrigerator to keep my little one out. We have a side by side two door refrigerator. The latch was not long enough to go across the molding going down between the two doors.. So if I used it I would have to use it from the top to the door. I thought that it would be difficult to try and open the door with the latch partly on top and the other part on the door. So it is pretty much useless for us. I gave it 1 star for the thought.
I would recommend it to someone if they have a different refrigerator. Maybe one that was one door so you could mount it on the side to the front of the door.

When I first bought and installed these latches I loved them. They were easy to install and worked for a short period of time. Unfortunately as time wore on 2 things happened. First, a few of my applications came unstuck, I even tried crazy glue to restick them since I wasn't concerned about the furniture and that didn't even work so they are not performing their function. Secondly, some were easier to open than others. My husband became frustrated with some and cut a small notch to make them easier for us to open. Unfortunately that solution is temporary because eventually the additional notch becomes a tear and the plastic rips. They are very reasonably priced but if you have to replace them every couple of months I would recommend spending more money on a different product you purchase and install only once.

This is my kids favorite latch to open! not effective at all. We intended to use it on the video cabinet to keep them from pulling out all the videos. They mastered it right away. And once you mount it, it can not be moved.

This latch works great on the METAL oven drawer to keep our toddler from opening it! It is a little difficult to get in and out of when you need to, but gets easier the more you use it. So far it is still sticking (after about a month) so we will see. I would buy again!

I liked the look but after applying, it is hard to open and even harder to close. After a week of struggling with it, the adhesive no longer held.

these are useful for so many places! you can use them for cabinets, toilets and i've even put on on the side of my oven. they are a lil hard to open but they loosen a bit after you use them for a while. they have to be hard to pull off or they wouldn't do the job. I wouldn't recommend them for fine furniture as they are an adhesive product. easy to install and very affordable!

Our first attempt to use this product was on our piano key cover. Before my husband had even finished installing the latch one side popped off and we tried numerous times to reinstall only to have the same thing happen again. I am happy that the adhesive came off (with a knife!) from my parents 50 year old piano, but not happy that I have to look for something else now! Will be returning this...

The white adhesive part did not stay stuck on our cabinets. It could have been the finish on our cabinets, but our toddler pulled the cabinet open on his first try. The plastic part that is between the white knobs is hard to unhook. We are not using any of the four that we bought.
