Comments about Meadowbrook Press Discipline without Shouting or Spanking:

I raised two children without a book and they are terrific adults. Now I have six grandchildren. In this era the children are a bit more difficult. I hear this from my friends and strangers at the market. This book has great ideas on how one should handle a specific sitiation. Although I don't agree with everything it is still a great book to have around-especially for first time parents.

Comments about Meadowbrook Press Discipline without Shouting or Spanking:

This book has good tips on how to prevent behaviors and how to start fixing problems but does not give different ideas for punishment. Time out is already used but I was looking for something else I could use. It's a good read and worth the money but not all inclusive.

        How discipline should be.

Comments about Meadowbrook Press Discipline without Shouting or Spanking:

It says right on the cover that it is for preschool problems. Anyone leaving a bad review for not reading the title before buying it is tainting the accuracy of the review rating.

I purchased this without reading any information, My kids are 15, 8 and almost 5. I thought this would be good. The book is for starting when the kids are younger.
