I like these for my 2.5 year old. Good size for little hands, "realistic" teeth for pretend play (less cartoonish than, say, Dinosaur Train or Imaginext), and the moving limbs are great. The are hard plastic but not cheap feeling or flimsy. Thoughtfully designed so that the tail helps the dinosaur stand up. Even the pterandon stands up. The price is very fair. I'm glad I bought them, he loves them.

As the previous reviewer stated, they do come in a white bakery-style box without brand packaging. The mouth does open and close with one of the nastier-looking dinosaurs..... the one with the fin. The rest have hinged-looking mouths that do not opena and close.

My five stars is based on price and play value. I do not know if they would pass inspection for realism for a dinosaur-loving child pass preschool age.

Bought this for my 5 year old son. It was packaged horribly. I did not get all the figures listed in the description. They are TINY figures, like 3-4 inches tops which is not at all what it is described as. Very cheap plastic with rough edges.

Extremely disappointed that I wasted my money on junk.

I was disappointed in the packaging(plain white box), which would not have been fun for a 4 year old to open. I opened it to include with another gift I got and the toys are made of a very lightweight plastic that I am not sure will last. I would return this if my son had not been asking for them since October. One of the dinosaurs was starting to separate at the seam, but I was able to push it back together. I hope these last, but am not very optimistic!

The dinosaur playset did not arrive in its original packaging. 6 dinosaurs actually arrived crammed into what looked like a bakery box. They were made of an extremely brittle plastic. My 6 year old would have broken them all within 1 week. Also the jaws did not move on all 6 unlike what was written in the product description of my catalog. I was extremely disappointed with this product.
