I have no idea if the product works or not - i can't believe that it takes 6 weeks to receive it. I could have had something similar made at a stationery store in a much shorter time frame. Nothing should take 6 weeks to get to you today, least of all a stamp that is supposed to make your life easier.

This is so much easier & faster than ironing labels! You have to plan your pressure so it doesn't come out too faint or smudgy, but even with an imperfect print it's perfect for me. I won't try it on white clothes (risk of show-through), but otherwise this is my go-to labeling solution.

My daughter is now in Kindergarten and has an everyday tendency to loose everything. I have not been able to use this on clothing at all. Paper yes. I am very disappointed. So back to the black sharpie I go.

Perfect for everything I send my toddler away from home with. If an item is not cloth, I can easily stamp a piece of surgical tape an affix to most any surface.

I bought two stamps. The first one was for my friend who had loaned my son a ton of clothes. I used it to tell which pieces I had to return to her. After using it, I bought one for my son and I labeled everthing; clothes, hats, toys, towels, blankets and even washcloths.

I was tired of labeling my children's clothes with a permanent marker and decided to try this. It is a pretty good product. It marks upsidedown on tags that I cannont access otherwise, but aside from that I love it.

This was a gift for my granddaughter so she could label my great-grandson's belongings (clothes, etc.) when he started preschool. She thinks it is fantastic. No more burns on her hands or clothing from trying to iron-on name tags.

It does take some messing around to get the idea of how hard to press down and for how long depending on the item you're labeling, but all in all it works really well. You do need to wash the clothing after labeling before use as the ink will bleed onto the skin. The quality of the ink holds up well after many washes. I definitely prefer this over using a sharpie to write my son's name on his clothes.

I first purchased this product 9 years ago when my oldest started daycare. Loved it then and love it now. I can label all my kids clothes and it doesn't bleed. When writing with markers I always felt that it wasn't legible or it would smear. This is our second round of purchasing this labeler and hope it lasts just as long. We had our first labeler for about 5 years. Yes it is expensive, but well worth the cost.

I was thrilled that there was another option to label clothes that did not involve sewing or ironing. I wish I'd gone with one of the others. My daughter wears uniforms to school and I labeled all of her clothes. On the first wash after labeling (on gentle cycle) the ink bled all over her white shirts. They advertise that it does not wash out, but I have 3 expensive shirts that say otherwise.

I was excited to get a labeler. I was disappointed in it when I received it. The rep that took my order should have advised me as to the outcome of labeler. One label didn't put a space between the first name and middle initial and the other placed her short name and middle initial on the
one line and her short name on the 2nd line. I think the rep should have told me hw odd that would look. I should have had it written like this ...Caroline Mauro (one line)
the second one Sophia Mauro on the other stamp.

I use the labeler to make sure all my son's things come home from daycare. I like the ability to put something in an unobtrusive place, with no worry about rubbing or chafing (as with some other labels). It can be difficult to get a good "impression" of the name however, and the labeler is easiest / most intuitively used in a way that stamps the name upside down!
