This took less than 2 mins to install. My son is 27 months. It was a little loose on him after making adjustments. Worked well on trip from FL to Ca.

Comments about Kids Fly Safe Cares Airplane Safety Harness:

I often fly alone with my three children, carrying carseats onto the plane is not an option. I use this harness for my 3yo and my 6yo. Quick and easy to install, these harnesses take up little room in your carry on. I highly, highly recommend this product!

Comments about Kids Fly Safe Cares Airplane Safety Harness:

I first used this with my 20 month old son. He was too big to sit on our lap for a whole flight and, frankly, wouldnt sit still if we tried. The installation on the plane seat was quick and easy and my son was excited that he had his own seat belt. It was very similar to his 5 point harness car seat so it was familiar to him and he did not fight getting buckled in. He was still able to fall asleep almost instantly after the plane took off, so that is my proof that it was comfortable for him. I highly recomend this for travel where you will not be needing a car seat at your destination.

Comments about Kids Fly Safe Cares Airplane Safety Harness:

I have used this multiple times since my son turned two and required his own airplane seat. It has worked really well for me. He is a little older, so able to understand that he is to stay seated and seatbelted during the take-off and landing. He would be able to slide down through it since there is no strap between his legs, but I'm able to overlook this due to the increased safety. Usually I can get him to stay seated and strapped for take off and landing and during turbulence. I don;t think this would have worked well when he was younger and didn't really understand my directions. I've had no issues setting it up, and usually fly alone with my little son. Definitely can be done independently. I've flown multiple different airlines and it has fit all the seats while not interfering with the persons tray behind me. If you're looking for a safe way to fly without strapping those awful carseats into the seats for your toddlers, this is the only way to do it.
