Grandsons (6 and7) after opening it, immediately began playing with it. They thought the gun turrets and planes were cool. They also liked that they could store the planes inside the ship.

The product did not have it's own box. The shipping box arrived torn and crushed. You did credit the shipping cost. Very disappointed. Would give zero stars.

I purchased this battleship for my three year old son who is in love with them after visiting one on vacation. He has been asking Santa to bring him a battleship since July. I was so pleased to open your catalog and find not only a battleship but a well constructed, durable one that was not one of those flimsy models that you have to build yourself. I was so pleased with its construction and metal planes and tanks that came with it that I almost gave it to him early. I know your battleship will be the piece de resistance of Christmas morning.

My son recieved this from Santa Claus! He loves it! He has played with it every day since Christmas! I like that the planes, tanks, and helicopters store easily into the compartment on the side of the battleship (genius). Since the transportation items were in the "drawer" when my son opened the gift, he makes sure he puts them back in when he is finished playing with the battleship! Absolutely love it!

My son loves battleships but isn't interested in the "silly" plastic-y kid ones. This was perfect and was his absolute favorite Christmas present! The battleship itself is plastic, but the tanks and planes are all metal. We were especially pleased with the hidden pullout drawer to store the planes & vehicles inside the ship! Loved this toy!!!

My son loves this! I was skeptical about purchasing it after reading the reviews and I'm glad I went with my gut feeling. This was my sons favorite Christmas present. He's 4 and even my 10 month old daughter loves it. Love the storing compartment!

My son already had the air craft carrier, so I thought the size of the battle ship would be the same, it was smaller than I expected, but the detail was great and he really enjoys playing with it!

5-yr old grandson loved this battleship in the catalog (his Dad's a pilot) and he especially wanted the air planes, tanks, helicopter, etc. to "land" on his battleship! Bonus is hidden drawer in ship to keep all his planes, etc.

After seeing this in a magazine, my son had to have a battleship, after lots of shopping I found that there are not a lot of choices in the battleship field, so when this one went on sale I scooped it up. I love that it is a toy that he needs to play with instead of on, using lots of imagination. It seems to be holding up well, good toy for the 30.00 I spent not for the 50.00 it nomally list at.

My son (7),is still thanking Santa for his battleship and companion aircraft carrier!The ship is sturdy and comes with just a few simple parts to put together. We chose to construct it ahead of time to give the big moment a bit more oomph. It's smaller than it appears in the catalog, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. He has played with it everyday

I bought this for my 4-year old for Christmas and he absolutely loves it! My only complaint is that it is much smaller that I expected it to be. Other than that, he has a blast playing with it.

We had just visited the USS Texas battleship the day before I gave my grandson this gift. He relived climbing all over the real battlesthip and knew every gun, etc. He played with it for hours!

This was a Christmas gift for my four year old grandson who saw it is the catalogue and just had to have it. It is a very detailed and nice. Due to the detail, however, it is rather hard to store with the towers on the ship, one of which he promptly snapped off. I think it will snap back on if we can figure out where to put it back on. It really is pretty durable for a toy with this detail, but I would recommend it more for an older child or one that is very careful with his toys, which my rough and tumble grandson isn't at this point. He did have lots of fun with it, however, and really likes the planes and other vehicles that come with it which are really quite sturdy, most of them being made of metal. Overall, a very nice toy, with enough detail to be used as a model ship.
