Baby's Soft Stacking & Nesting Blocks

Item #: 20584

We stitched learning fun into every inch of our soft but sturdy stacking/nesting blocks! These baby blocks are bursting with colors, textures, and activities: count the cupcakes, name the critters, say those first ABCs. Stack the blocks just so, and form a tall giraffe tower (with silky ribbon tags all the way up his neck)! A rich mix of colors, fabrics, textures, appliqués, and embroidery. Activity toy includes four stacking blocks, plus a soft ball that nests on top. For newborns and up. Imported. Designed by OneStepAhead!

Comments about One Step Ahead Baby's Soft Stacking & Nesting Blocks:

My 7 month old can't quite stack it yet, but she likes to turn over the blocks and look at the animals. It stands up well when we stack it for her. Not sure about the ball on top, but she likes to chew the ball. It's got some 'crinkly' paper accents that she likes to play with. Only critique is that the color is a bit more pastel like than vibrant but all in all it's pleasing to look at.

Comments about One Step Ahead Baby's Soft Stacking & Nesting Blocks:

I bought this set for my 11 month old son. I have twins as well, and the stacking set I had with them didn't last very long. This set is much more duable and easier to play with than the previous set I had. My son loves them! There are so many different things for him to look at on them, he doesn't get bored!

Comments about One Step Ahead Baby's Soft Stacking & Nesting Blocks:

These boxes (and a ball) have many different elements to keep my 6 month old baby interested. I was amazed how quickly he was captivated by them; a stack to knock down and individually with crinkles and textures. As he gets older I hope he will use them to start seeing the patterns and "order" that the pictures make on each side. I do worry they won't hold their shape over time if they get crushed.

Comments about One Step Ahead Baby's Soft Stacking & Nesting Blocks:

I like the idea of these nesting blocks but the colors look washed out. It looks like it's been sitting in the window of a store for a really long time. It's also made in a way that looks homemade but not in a good way. It's kind of tilted. But I didn't want hard nesting blocks that baby could fall on and hurt himself so these will do. The price is too high for what they look like. Not at all vibrant.

These blocks have so much to offer ... from bright colors and eye catching shapes to interesting textures and sounds when touched. My four month old already loves them. They are obviously durable and if not abused will last for years. The price was a little steep, but I just couldn't pass these up. Very pleased with this purchase.

My 11 month old baby is very active and not many toys can hold her attention. She loves these blocks! She enjoys knocking them down as well as putting the ball through the hole and then retrieving the ball again. They are a great toy for her to use and defintitly helping her improve her skills! I only wish it was made out of stronger material. My daughter tries to push the block while she is learning to walk.

I bought the blocks for my 11-month old grandson. He loves stacking them and hiding the ball on himself and others!! Keeps him busy and happy! Although he's not old enough yet to understand he can place the blocks in line to make the giraffe, he will learn this eventually and will love the blocks even more!!
